Hallo liebe/r Zwischenmieter/in,
während meines Auslandssemesters möchte ich mein wunderbares Zimmer vom 1.08.11 bis 1.03.12 vermieten.
Es ist 24m² groß (oder etwas größer), hat eine große Fensterfront (also Sonne satt) und hohe Wände, ist schon möbliert und liegt in der Innenstadt. Zudem gibt´s noch 2 nette Mitbewohner, einen Wohnflur, ein großes Bad/WC mit Badewanne und eine geräumige Küche.
Die Miete beträgt 250€/Monat (incl. NK, Internetflat, Telefon mit Festnetzflat).
Weitere Vorzüge sind: 2 Min bis zur Fußgängerzone, 2 Min zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, 10 Min zum Schloss, Allgemeinmediziner nebenan und das Cinema Arthouse schräg gegenüber.
Wenn Du mein Zimmer und die WG mal anschauen möchtest, dann melde dich doch.
