Das Zimmer (15qm) ist teilmöbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett) und die Wohnung hat eine Küche mit Esstisch, Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC mit Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsraum. Insgesamt beträgt die Wohnfläche 86 qm. Telefon- und Internetanschluss sind vorhanden.
Der Preis beträgt 352€ inkl. Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Telefon, Internet, Heizung).
Bei Interesse kann die Wohnung ab dem 1.7.12 auch komplett übernommen werden.
