Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß und schön hell. Kostet mit allem drum und dran 265.50€. Zudem muss man zusätzlich einmalig eine Kaution von 300€ bezahlen. Die man wieder bekommt, wenn man auszieht.
Ich würde gerne mein Bett, sowie ein Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und ein Sofa hier lassen. Über einen Preis können wir uns gerne dann später einig werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Johannisstraße, direkt am Rosenplatz.
Lebensmittelmärkte und Kiosks sind keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Hier lebt Samuel (23) ein Musikstudent mit dem man gut ein zwei oder mehrere Biere/Weine trinken kann und hier lebt Angie eine Psychologie Studentin. Mit ihr kann man ebenfalls gut trinken gehen, aber auch einfach nur quatschen. Beide Mitbewohner sind sehr offen und für jeden Spaß zu haben.
Angie und Samuel freuen sich schon auf einen lebhaften entspannten Mitbewohner.
