Das Zimmer ist sehr schön hell und das Fenster geht nach hinten zum Garten raus. Es ist groß genug um alles reinzubekommen vom großen Bett bis hin zu Schreibtisch und Kommode, alles was das Herz begehrt. Leider keine Hängematte, aber die gibts in Henis Zimmer. Die Decken sind hier in der Wohnung ein bisschen höher als normal, deswegen kein Problem wenn du ein bisschen größer bist.
Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett saniert und sieht top aus! Es gibt ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit einem super gemütlich Sofa, was zum chillen und Dokus oder Serien zusammen gucken einlädt. Ansonsten kann man in der Küche auch natürlich gut kochen oder sich von Heni bekochen lassen, alles kein Problem. Und das zweit Beste, es gibt einen Garten, in dem man im Sommer chillen kann, man sollte nur keinen Bienenallergie haben, da dort Bienenvölker leben, die aber sehr zahm sind. Außerdem gibt es noch ein eigenes Kellerabteil und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine.
The room is very bright and the window faces the garden in the back. It is big enough to fit everything in, from the large bed to the desk and chest of drawers, everything your heart desires. Unfortunately there is no hammock, but you can get one in Heni's room. The ceilings are a bit higher than normal in this flat, so it's no problem if you're a bit taller.
The flat was completely renovated two years ago and looks great! There is a bathroom, a kitchen with a super cosy sofa, which invites you to chill out and watch documentaries or series together. Apart from that, you can of course cook well in the kitchen or let Heni cook for you, no problem at all. And the second best thing is that there is a garden where you can chill out in summer, but you shouldn't be allergic to bees, as there are bee colonies there, but they are very tame. There is also a cellar and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Du brauchst in die Stadt und zum HBF ca. 10 Minuten und zur Uni 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Am besten und schnellsten bist du eh mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Zum Westerberg sind es mit dem Fahrrad 20 Minuten, aber falls du darauf keinen Bock hast fährt hier auch direkt ein Bus durch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg, der Aldi und Rewe sind ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ansonsten alles andere in der Stadt. Der Skatepark ist direkt nebenan, falls du mal nicht im Garten chillen willst.
It takes about 10 minutes to get to the city or central station and 15 minutes to walk to the university. The best and fastest way to get there is by bike. It takes 20 minutes to get to Westerberg by bike, but if you don't feel like it, there's a bus that runs right through. Shopping facilities are not far away, Aldi and Rewe are about 10 minutes away on foot, and everything else is in the city. The skate park is right next door if you don't want to chill in the garden.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Heni (23). Ich finde Heni sehr cool und wir hatten auf jeden eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit. Deswegen wäre es super wenn du auch cool wärst. Heni interessiert sich sehr für Nachhaltigkeit, gute vegane Ernährung, wo aber sich aber auch gerne mal gegönnt wird. Sie studiert in Bielefeld soziale Arbeit, wo sie dann auch wahrscheinlich zweimal die Woche hin pendeln muss. Wenn sie nicht studiert, arbeitet sie in einer Flaschenbar oder trifft sich mit Freund*innen. Wir haben vor allem während Corona probiert viel Yoga und Workouts zusammen zu machen und uns zu motivieren. Aber wenn du darauf nicht stehst ist das kein Einzugskriterium :D. Ansonsten haben wir auch gerne zusammen Princess Charming geguckt und uns um unsere Pflanzen gekümmert. Wichtig wäre schon, dass du ein Umweltbewusstsein hast und ordentlich bist!
Und natürlich haben alle Arten von Diskriminierung hier keinen Platz! Ansonsten ist alles sehr entspannt und wenn du dich hier wiederfindest freuen wir uns dich kennenzulernen.
You would live with Heni (23). I think Heni is very cool and we had a very nice and relaxed time together. That's why it would be great if you were cool too. Heni is very interested in sustainability, good vegan food, but also likes to indulge herself. She studies social work in Bielefeld, where she probably has to commute twice a week. When she's not studying, she works in a bottle bar or meets up with friends. Especially during Corona, we tried to do a lot of yoga and workouts together to motivate ourselves. But if you're not into that, it's not a criterion for moving in :D. Otherwise, we also liked to watch Princess Charming together. It would be important that you have an environmental awareness and are tidy!
And of course, all kinds of discrimination are not welcome here! Otherwise, everything is very relaxed and if you find yourself here, we look forward to getting to know you.
The move-in date is definitely flexible, as is everything else. I would probably take all the furniture unless you are interested in something. It's best to write your spirit animal or your favourite food in your message and tell us something about yourself.
