Die WG hat drei WG-Zimmer, ein Bad und eine gemütliche Küche mit Couch. Dein neues Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster ins Grüne (hinter dem Haus ist ein Garten) und ist dadurch schön hell. Du hast einen fake Pakettboden, weiße Wände und müsstest nur Möbel selbst mitbringen. Ich finde das Zimmer sehr schön und bin deshalb auch innerhalb der WG von einem anderen in dieses umgezogen.
Hinter dem Haus kannst du auch dein Fahrrad abstellen und im Keller sind Waschmaschine und Platz zum Verstauen von Kisten oder Möbeln.
The flat has three rooms plus the bathroom and a cozy kitchen with a couch. Your new room has got two big windows in direction of the garden behind the house. You should bring your own furniture. The room is the nicest room in the flat! There is space for your bike behind the house and also a storage room in the basement. We have a new wasching machine, for which I would take around 50-60 € once.
Der Bus ist eine Minute zu Fuß von der Haustür entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 5-10 Minuten, zu Fuß in 20-30 Minuten an allen zentralen Orten. Wenn du also kein Ticket hast, ist das kein Problem. Edeka ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The Bus station is only 1 minute walk. You reach the main locations in 5-10 minutes with bike and 20-30 minutes walking. So if you do not have a ticket, it is no big deal. Edeka is a 3-minute walk from us.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Jakob und Bommel. Bommel zieht in nächster Zeit aus und Jakob wird hier wohnen bleiben. Ihr beiden könnt dann zusammen jemand neues für Bommels Zimmer suchen und euch auch euren Putzplan u.a. zusammen überlegen. Jakob ist selbst erst seit November hier, sodass es keine eingefahrenen Regeln in dieser WG gibt. Er ist gerne gesellig und gesprächig, wir haben uns bisher einige Lebensmittel geteilt und es war keine Zwecks-WG.
Bisher lief unser Zusammenleben ziemlich entspannt, jeder macht sein Ding und entscheidet selbst wie sehr er/sie sich in der WG einbringt. Wenn ihr eine_n neue_n Mitbewohner*in sucht, könnt ihr also frei entscheiden, wie ihr euch das Zusammenleben vorstellt.
Mit unterschiedlichen Altersstufen gab es hier bisher kein Problem; wir sind alles junge Menschen, die studieren. Wenn du arbeitest, eine Ausbildung machst oder einfach deutsch lernst ist das auch kein Problem.
Einziehen könntest du ab Freitag, aber auch Ende Februar/ anfang März ist in Ordnung.

You will live with Jakob. He is very friendly, always up for some talk in the kitchen and we used to share quiet some food and tee/coffee. Your other flatmate Bommel will move out very soon. Then you can choose a new person together and also make your own cleaning plan etc. Jakob only moved in in November, so there is fresh air in this flat. Your age does not matter - we had different ages but are all studying. However, if you work or do Ausbildung or just learn german no problem!
You can move in as soon as possible or end of february/ beginning of march.
