ich suche zum 15. 10 eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein 13 qm2 großes Wg-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten, sodass der Platz gut ausgenutzt werden kann. Durch zwei große Fenster ist der Raum sehr hell und freundlich. Der Balkon grenzt an das Zimmer und man hat einen direkt Blick auf die Uni. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 85 qm2 groß, hat eine großzügige Wohnküche und ein Tageslichtbad.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der Uni und die Busstadtion zur Innenstadt ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Du würdest mit zwei lieben Studentinnen (21 & 22 Jahre) zusammen wohnen.
