We're offering a free room in our shared flat from approx. 15th June until the end of July. It's also possible to just stay for July!
The room has 23 square meters and the window is directed to the inner yard.
Some of the furniture that you can see on the photos will be removed from the room, but the most important things, like the bed, the couch and the couch-table, will stay in the room.

In unserer WG wird ab ca. 15. Juni ein Zimmer frei! Es ist bis Ende Juli zu haben. Es ist auch möglich das Zimmer nur für Juli zu nehmen.
Das Zimmer ist 23m² groß und hat ein Fenster, das zum Innenhof geht.
Ich werde einige Möbel aus dem Zimmer, die du auf den Fotos siehst, zwar mitnehmen, aber die wichtigsten Möbel, wie das Bett, die Schlafcouch und der Couchtisch, bleiben im Zimmer.
The flat is located quite well, in one of the inner districts. The busses 59A (which brings you to the Technical University in 10 minutes and directly into the city - station Karlsplatz) and 14A (which brings you to the metro station U3 Neubaugasse and directly to Mariahilferstraße) leave directly in front of the building. S-Bahn Matzleinsdorfer Platz, trams 6 and 18, and metro U4 Margaretengürtel are reachable in approximately 10 minutes walking distance.
Supermarkets (Billa, Lidl, Bipa, etc.) are also very close.

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Die Busse 59A (der dich direkt in die Stadt zum Karlsplatz bzw. in 10 Minuten auf die TU bringt) und 14A (der bis zur U3 Neubaugasse und somit direkt auf die Mariahilferstraße fährt) halten direkt vor der Haustüre. In 10 Minuten Gehdistanz erreicht man auch die S-Bahn-Station Matzleinsdorfer Platz, die Straßenbahnhaltestellen 6 und 18, sowie U4 Margaretengürtel.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich in der Nähe: Billa, Lidl, Bipa, etc.
3 very nice guys (all of them students) will live with you: Lukas is studying music and is playing in a tango-band. Markus is studying at the FH, mainly in the evenings, and likes doing sports. And Carsten is from Germany and is doing an internship in a hospital here in Vienna until summer.
During the day, it's really quiet in the flat, since everybody is at uni or has other things to do. Sometimes we meet each other in the kitchen and are talking a bit. But in the evenings or on weekends, your flatmates will be glad if you're open to drink some beers with them. :)

Mit dir in der WG wohnen 3 sehr nette Burschen (alles Studenten): Lukas studiert Musik und spielt in einer Tangoband. Markus studiert berufsbegleitend an der FH und macht gerne Sport. Und Carsten kommt aus Deutschland und macht bis zum Sommer ein Praktikum im Krankenhaus hier in Wien.
Tagsüber ist es eigentlich immer sehr ruhig, da alle unterwegs sind. Manchmal trifft man sich dann in der Küche und tratscht ein wenig. Am Abend oder am Wochenende würden sich die Mitbewohner aber sicher sehr freuen, wenn du mal ein Bier mit ihnen trinkst. :)
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, but you can smoke outside in the hallway if you want to.
The security deposit is 100€, but of course you will get it back when you move out. Everything else is included in the rent.
If you can't come but still want to see the room and get to know the flatmates a bit, we can also do a Skype call! :)

Rauchen in der Wohnung selbst ist nicht erlaubt, aber wenn du möchtest, kannst du im Stiegenhaus rauchen.
Die Kaution beträgt 100€, aber die bekommst du natürlich beim Auszug wieder zurück. In der Miete ist ansonsten alles enthalten.
Falls du nicht vorbeikommen kannst, aber trotzdem das Zimmer sehen und die Mitbewohner ein bisschen kennenlernen willst, können wir auch gerne skypen! :)
