Die WG liegt zwischen der Bushaltestelle Uhlandstraße und Arndtplatz. Beide sind zu Fuß nur maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Allgemein hat die Wohnung eine hervorragende Lage, sowohl Rewe als auch Netto, DM und Denns sind weniger als fünf Minuten entfernt. Die Universität als auch die Hochschule sind bequem zu Fuß, Fahrrad oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt brauchst du maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das schöne Katharinenviertel und verschiedene Parks sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Dein Fahrrad kannst du ebenfalls sicher unterstellen.
Ich habe die tolle Lage in der berühmten Martinistraße immer sehr geschätzt!

The shared apartment is located between the Uhlandstraße bus stop and Arndtplatz. Both are only a 5 minute walk away. In general, the apartment is in an excellent location, both Rewe and Netto, DM and Denns are less than five minutes away. The university and the college can be easily reached on foot, by bike or by bus. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to walk to the city center. The beautiful Katharinenviertel and various parks are just a stone's throw away. You can also store your bike safely.
I have always appreciated the great location on the famous Martinistrasse!

In dieser WG herrscht eine sehr respektvolle und freundliche Harmonie und Atmosphäre. Wir haben eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spühlmaschine, in der gerne gekocht wird. Das zweite separate WC, das uns zur Verfügung steht, ist bei einem 5 Personen Haushalt sehr hilfreich!
Deine vier Mitbewohner (zwei Deutsche, ein Spanier und ein Mexikaner) sind sehr respektvoll, sodass es immer angenehm ist, zu Hause zu sein, um zu lernen oder sich einfach auszuruhen. Die Musik und der Sport ist etwas, das die Mitglieder dieser WG verbindet, denn Kilian studiert Popmusik und spielt in seinem Zimmer oft in mäßiger Lautstärke auf der Gitarre. Moritz studiert Sport und spielt als Hobby ebenfalls Gitarre. Er wird im Januar ebenfalls die WG verlassen, sodass noch jemand neues fast zeitgleich mit dir einziehen wird. Marcel hat Programmierung studiert und rappt in seiner Freizeit als Hobby und Alejandro studiert NPO-Verwaltung und spielt Schlagzeug am Musikinstitut der Hochschule.
Die WG hat einen Putzplan, der sich wöchentlich abwechselt, um einen immer sauberen Ort zu schaffen, an dem sich alle Mitbewohner immer wohlfühlen.

There is a very respectful and friendly harmony and atmosphere in this shared apartment. We have a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher where people enjoy cooking. The second separate toilet that we have available is very helpful in a household of 5!
Your four roommates (two Germans, one Spanish and one Mexican) are very respectful, so it is always pleasant to be at home to study or just relax. Music and Sports is something that unites the members of this shared apartment, as Kilian studies pop music and often plays the guitar at a moderate volume in his room. Moritz studies sports and also plays the guitar as a hobby. He will also be leaving the shared apartment in January, so someone new will be moving in with you almost at the same time. Marcel studied programming and raps in his free time as a hobby and Alejandro studies NPO administration and plays drums at the university's music institute.
The shared apartment has a cleaning schedule that alternates weekly to create an always clean place where all roommates always feel comfortable.

Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro. Außerdem hätte ich für die Möbel, die ich im Zimmer lasse, gerne einen Betrag von 150€.
