In the immediate vicinity you will find many shopping opportunities: Aldi, Lidl, Penny and Rossmann are within walking distance. A little further lies E-Center with post office, K+K and net. Local, kiosks, cafes and a 24h petrol station are also nearby.

The bus stop is 3–5 minutes walk away. From there you can go to the new market in about 10–15 minutes and in 15–20 minutes to the university (Campus Schloss), to the university in about 20–30 minutes. The main railway station can be reached in 20–25 minutes on foot or by bus.

McDonald's, Burger King, FitX, McFit, Takko as well as action and other shops are also easily accessible – usually within 15–20 minutes walk. City scooters and bikes offer additional flexibility.

The location is quiet and green. A long green area begins right in front of the door – ideal for walking or turning off in everyday life.

In direkter Umgebung findest Du viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Aldi, Lidl, Penny und Rossmann sind fußläufig erreichbar. Etwas weiter liegen E-Center mit Poststelle, K+K und Netto. Auch Lokale, Kioske, Cafés und eine 24h-Tankstelle sind in der Nähe.

Die Lage ist ruhig und grün. Direkt vor der Tür beginnt eine lange Grünfläche – ideal zum Spazierengehen oder Abschalten im Alltag.

Farina (26) studies ecotrophology at Osnabrück University and lives on the 1st floor. By the way, she is a confectioner and lives with her little Malteser-Shih Tzu named Muffin. Farina plans to emigrate to Tokyo next year and is expected to move out in Q3 or Q4 2026.

Rihab (34) also lives on the 1st floor. After her studies in medicine, she moved to Osnabrück to begin her specialized training in anaesthesia. She also plans to pull out in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2026 when she completed her module.

On the 1st floor there is the largest bathroom of the WG, a spacious hall with storage space and access to the attic, which is well suited for storage or for guests. There is also an unofficial shortcut into the garden – via Farina's terrace and a ladder. And right up there you'll live with us.

On the ground floor Svenja (28), Ergotherapeutin lives. She plans to move to her boyfriend soon, and will probably be the first to take off this year.

I am Karol (30) and I am studying law with a focus on German and European tax law. I regularly go to the gym, like eating passionately, hoping to sit down and walk with muffin. If you want to come with me, please! I am interested in many things, from esoteric to humanities. By the way, both areas have the common: you can spend decades with it without ever communicating successfully with spirits. I like to talk about everything.

In two years, probably after my graduation, I also plan to emigrate. Possibly to Panama to explore the world from there – from South America to the USA. But perhaps I will also complete my legal department here or start another study in human medicine. I could go a lot of ways because it's just fun. My room door is usually open and leads directly into the garden. If you're bored and you want to do something, just come over!

Our WG organization runs as follows: The rooms in the EC share the lower bathroom, which in the 1st OG the large bathroom. The cleaning plan runs digitally through an app and everything else is discussed directly or in the WhatsApp group. In the lower hall there is a dart disc that everyone can use.

Our motto is: “Everything can, nothing needs.” We live relaxed, respectful and with a pinch of humor. Whether you're the quiet guy or you like to do something together – here you're right. We have understanding for each type and any kind of lifestyle.

Farina (26) studiert Ökotrophologie an der Hochschule Osnabrück und wohnt im 1. Stock. Nebenbei ist sie Konditormeisterin und lebt mit ihrem kleinen Malteser-Shih Tzu namens Muffin. Farina plant, nächstes Jahr nach Tokyo auszuwandern und wird voraussichtlich im 3. oder 4. Quartal 2026 ausziehen.

Rihab (34) wohnt ebenfalls im 1. Stock. Nach ihrem Medizinstudium zieht sie nach Osnabrück, um ihre Facharztausbildung in Anästhesie zu beginnen. Auch sie plant, im 2. oder 3. Quartal 2026 auszuziehen, wenn sie ihr Modul abgeschlossen hat.

Im 1. Stock befindet sich das größte Badezimmer der WG, eine geräumige Diele mit Stauraum und der Zugang zum Dachboden, der sich gut zum Lagern oder für Gäste eignet. Es gibt außerdem eine inoffizielle Abkürzung in den Garten – über Farinas Terrasse und eine Leiter. Und genau dort oben wirst du mit uns zusammenwohnen.

Im Erdgeschoss wohnt Svenja (28), Ergotherapeutin. Sie plant, bald zu ihrem Freund zu ziehen, und wird vermutlich die Erste sein, die dieses Jahr auszieht.

Ich bin Karol (30) und studiere Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Schwerpunkt auf deutschem und europäischem Steuerrecht. Ich gehe regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio, esse leidenschaftlich gern, zocke ab und zu und gehe mit Muffin spazieren. Falls du mal mitkommen willst – gerne! Ich interessiere mich für viele Dinge, von Esoterik bis Geisteswissenschaften. Beide Gebiete haben übrigens das Gemeinsame: Man kann Jahrzehnten damit verbringen, ohne jemals erfolgreich mit Geistern zu kommunizieren. Ich rede auch gerne einfach über alles.

In zwei Jahren, voraussichtlich nach meinem Abschluss, plane ich ebenfalls auszuwandern. Möglicherweise nach Panama, um von dort aus die Welt zu erkunden – von Südamerika bis in die USA. Vielleicht werde ich aber auch mein Rechtsreferendariat hier absolvieren oder ein weiteres Studium in Humanmedizin beginnen. Ich könnte viele Wege gehen, weil es mir einfach Spaß macht. Meine Zimmertür steht meistens offen und führt direkt in den Garten. Wenn euch mal langweilig ist und ihr etwas unternehmen möchtet, kommt einfach vorbei!

Unsere WG-Organisation läuft folgendermaßen: Die Zimmer im EG teilen sich das untere Bad, die im 1. OG das große Bad. Der Putzplan läuft digital über eine App und alles Weitere wird direkt oder in der WhatsApp-Gruppe besprochen. Im unteren Flur gibt’s eine Dartscheibe, die jeder nutzen kann.

Unser Motto lautet: „Alles kann, nichts muss.“ Wir leben entspannt, respektvoll und mit einer Prise Humor. Ob du nun eher der ruhige Typ bist oder gerne mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmst – hier bist du genau richtig. Wir haben Verständnis für jeden Typen und jede Art von Lebensstil.

We are looking for a:n new:n roommates:in for our quiet, relaxed WG. It is important to us to respectful and friendly handling – we are not a purpose WG and appreciate a good coexistence in everyday life.

Our landlord prefers students, but also trainees or professionals are welcome.

Pets are officially not allowed. In individual cases we can try to talk to the landlord – we can guarantee nothing.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. On a balcony or terrace, responsibility for ownership applies as long as it happens with care. Occasional smoking in the garden is tolerated on occasions. The neighborhood is quiet; loud music on weekends is usually not a problem.

Occasionally, we do something together when it fits in time and in between. Retracted spaces are respected – yet we are looking forward to short conversations in everyday life, unless you are in a hurry or bad mood.

Facilities include a large garden, plenty of storage space, a garden shed, washing machine, dishwasher, two refrigerators, soon a separate freezer and sufficient kitchen utensils. You just need to bring your furniture and personal things.

Respect, reliability and open communication are important to us. Understanding should be possible in German or English (at least B2/C1).

Wir suchen eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere ruhige, entspannte WG. Wichtig ist uns ein respektvoller und freundlicher Umgang – wir sind keine Zweck-WG und schätzen ein gutes Miteinander im Alltag.

Unsere Vermieterin bevorzugt Studierende, aber auch Auszubildende oder Berufstätige sind willkommen.

Haustiere sind offiziell nicht erlaubt. In Einzelfällen können wir versuchen, mit der Vermieterin zu sprechen – garantieren können wir allerdings nichts.

Rauchen ist im Haus nicht gestattet. Auf Balkon oder Terrasse gilt Eigenverantwortung, solange es rücksichtsvoll geschieht. Gelegentliches Rauchen im Garten wird bei Anlässen toleriert. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig; laute Musik am Wochenende ist in der Regel kein Problem.

Gelegentlich unternehmen wir etwas gemeinsam, wenn es zeitlich und zwischenmenschlich passt. Rückzugsräume werden respektiert – trotzdem freuen wir uns über kurze Gespräche im Alltag, sofern man gerade nicht in Eile oder schlecht gelaunt ist.

Zur Ausstattung gehören ein großer Garten, viel Stauraum, ein Gartenschuppen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, zwei Kühlschränke, bald eine separate Gefriertruhe sowie ausreichend Küchenutensilien. Ihr braucht nur eure Möbel und persönlichen Dinge mitzubringen.

Respekt, Zuverlässigkeit und offene Kommunikation sind uns wichtig. Die Verständigung sollte auf Deutsch oder Englisch (mindestens B2/C1) möglich sein.
