Für ein helles, etwa 18qm großes Zimmer in unserer Haus-WG suchen wir eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, wo man sich das Bad mit einem weiteren Mitbewohner teilt.

We are looking for a new roommate for a bright, approximately 18sqm room in our shared house. The room is on the ground floor, where you share the bathroom with another roommate.
Wir wohnen am Anfang des Schinkels. In nur 2 Gehminuten erreicht man die Linie 11(alle 10 Minuten), die in nur ca. 10 Minuten zum Neumarkt fährt. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in 5-10 Minuten den Hbf, 10 Minuten die Innenstadt/Schloss und 15-20 Minuten den Westerberg Campus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 2 Gehminuten von uns entfernt (Penny, Edeka, Rossmann und Bäckerei).

We live at the central part of Schinkel. In just 2 minutes walking you can reach line 11 (every 10 minutes), which takes only about 10 minutes to Neumarkt. By bike you can reach the main station in 5-10 minutes, the city center/castle in 10 minutes and the Westerberg Campus in 15-20 minutes.
Shops are a 2-minute walk from us (Penny, Edeka, Rossmann and bakery).
Wir sind zur Zeit vier Jungs, zwei Mädchen und suchen jemanden, der/die für längere Zeit bei uns einziehen möchte. Es handelt sich bei uns um ein komplettes Haus mit Garage, Garten, einem großen Wohnzimmer und 3 Etagen mit jeweils einem Badezimmer.
Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsame Abende im Garten beim Grillen oder schauen Filme im Wohnzimmer, falls das Wetter mal wieder nicht optimal ist. Wenn man gerne selber mit Freunden bei uns feiern möchte, ist dies in den meisten Fällen kein Problem.
Allerdings sollte man sich auch bewusst sein, dass man als Teil der WG für Ordnung im Garten & Haus sorgen muss. Somit kann sich keiner vor Rasenmähen oder anderen Arbeiten drücken.
Auf der anderen Seite kann man sich im Sommer an zwei Kirschbäumen, einem Apfel- und Pflaumenbaum und Johannisbeerenstrauch bedienen. Du darfst dich auch gerne im Garten austoben und die Beetfläche optimal ausnutzen! Wir suchen grundsätzlich ordnungsbewusste Menschen, die allgemein für ein angenehmes Klima sorgen. Natürlich liegt auch ein wöchtentlich rotierender Putzplan vor.

We are currently four boys and two girls and are looking for someone who would like to move in with us for a longer period of time. Ours is a complete house with a garage, garden, a large living room and 3 floors, each with a bathroom.
We like to spend evenings together in the garden barbecuing or watching films in the living room if the weather isn't ideal. If you would like to invite some friends thats usually no problem.
However, you should also be aware that as part of the shared apartment you have to ensure order in the garden and house. This means that no one can avoid mowing the lawn or cleaning the kitchen.
On the other hand, in summer you can pick fruits of two cherry trees, an apple and plum tree and a currant bush. You are also welcome to let off steam in the garden and make optimal use of the bed space! We are generally looking for order-conscious people who generally ensure a pleasant climate. Of course, there is also a weekly rotating cleaning schedule.
