Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer an der Meller Straße zum 1.10.
Das Zimmer ist 37qm groß, bietet also viel Platz. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die graue Wand wird beim Auszug weiß gestrichen. Es handelt sich um einen Altbau, daher hat die Wohnung hohe Decken, was die Zimmer optisch nochmal vergrößert.
Bis in die Innenstadt fährt man 10 min Bus, eine Haltestelle ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in direkter Nähe.
Das WG Leben gestaltet sich komplett neu, da nur Alexandra (19) in der Wohnung bleibt und die anderen beiden Zimmer neu vermietet werden.
Das zusammenleben war bisher immer ziemlich entspannt, man kann sich zurück ziehen aber auch zusammen kochen oder etwas unternehmen bei Interesse. :)
