Our WG is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the Citizens' Park. You will enjoy the tranquility and the fresh air that gives you the feeling of being far away from the city, although the city centre is reachable in a few minutes by bus, car or bicycle.

Nearby there are many shopping options such as Action, Aldi, Lidl and Combi. The M5 bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The castle campus can be reached in 20 minutes by bus or in 15 minutes by bike. Although there is no direct bus connection to Westerberg Campus, you can reach it in 30 minutes by bus or in 15 minutes by bike. Another bus stop (R15 & 14) is an 8-minute walk away.

Dalia (24): She studies Cognitive Science at the University of Osnabrück and has been living with us for a year and a half. Dalia likes to spend time in nature, often with her horse, and makes music whenever she can.
Felix (35): Our "WG-Opa" has studied Jazzpiano at Osnabrück University and is now leading his own music school. He is passionate in his profession and occasionally goes on tour when possible.
Kamran (24): He also studies cognitive science in the master and has been part of our WG for a year and a half. Kamran is very relaxed and always ready when you need help.
Christian (25): He studies cognitive science in the Bachelor and has been living here for four years. Christian works part-time as a student assistant in a psychiatric clinic. His friendly Swiss Shepherd, Eik, lives with us. Eik is very sweet and social and is pleased with strings from everyone.

Our WG is full of great, helpful and reliable people. We often plan games evenings and other fun activities, but there is no pressure to participate if you prefer to spend your own time. I enjoyed my time here very much, and we've all become very good friends.

Felix (35): Our "flat grandad" studied jazz piano at Hochschule Osnabrück and now runs his own music school. He’s passionate about his craft and occasionally goes on tour when possible.
Kamran (24): So Study Cognitive Science (Master), Kamran has been part of our flat for a year and a helped. He’s super relaxed and always ready to a hand when needed.
Christian (25): A bachelor’s student in Cognitive Science, Christian has lived here for four years. He works part-time as a student assistant in a psychiatric clinic. His friendly Swiss Shepherd dog, Eik, so lives with us. He is super sweet and sociable and is happy to be petted by anyone.

Our flat is filled with amazing, helpful, and reliable people. We often plan game nights and other fun, but there's no pressure to join in if you prefer your own space. I’ve truly enjoyed my time here, and we’ve all become great friends :)

Felix (35): Unser "WG-Opa" hat Jazzpiano an der Hochschule Osnabrück studiert und leitet jetzt seine eigene Musikschule. Er ist leidenschaftlich in seinem Beruf und geht gelegentlich auf Tour, wenn es möglich ist.
Kamran (24): Er studiert ebenfalls Cognitive Science im Master und ist seit anderthalb Jahren Teil unserer WG. Kamran ist sehr entspannt und steht immer bereit, wenn man Hilfe braucht.
Christian (25): Er studiert Cognitive Science im Bachelor und wohnt seit vier Jahren hier. Christian arbeitet Teilzeit als studentische Hilfskraft in einer psychiatrischen Klinik. Sein freundlicher Schweizer Schäferhund, Eik, wohnt auch bei uns. Eik ist sehr lieb und sozial und freut sich über Streicheleinheiten von jedem.

Unsere WG ist voller toller, hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger Menschen. Wir planen oft Spieleabende und andere lustige Aktivitäten, aber es gibt keinen Druck, mitzumachen, wenn du lieber deine eigene Zeit verbringen möchtest. Ich habe meine Zeit hier sehr genossen, und wir sind alle sehr gute Freunde geworden.

Wir haben eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller, die von allen genutzt werden können. Das Haus ist zwar nicht in perfektem Zustand, und es gibt ein paar Ecken, die der Vermieter noch in Ordnung bringen möchte, aber es ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit tollen Leuten.
Wir suchen jemanden, der das Leben in einer WG schätzt und Interesse an Aktivitäten wie Grillen, Sport, Gärtnern, Filmabenden und WG-Partys hat.
Das offizielle Einzugsdatum ist der 1. Oktober, aber wir können gerne über einen früheren Einzug sprechen, da ich Anfang September ausziehe.
