Das Zimmer ist quadratisch und wirkt somit schön groß.
Da ich nur ein Auslandssemester (Sommersemester 21) mache, würde ich meine Möbel da lassen wollen.
Das Zimmer liegt auf der ruhigen Seite, weg von der Straßenseite, man schaut auf den Hof und die Gärten der Nachbarhäuser.
Es gibt ein großes Bad, mit Dusche, Toilette und zwei Waschbecken und ein kleines (direkt gegenüber von meinem Zimmer, wodurch es großteilig nur ich benutze) was aber nur eine Toilette und Waschbecken hat.
Neben eine Küche hat die Wohnung auch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, wo auch häufig gegessen wird.
Die aktuelle Warmmiete, wo nichts an Kosten dazukommt, ist bei 240€.

The room is a square and makes therefore a big impression.
Since I'm away for only one semester I will leave my furniture.
The room faces away from the big road and faces the yards of the neighbour houses.
The flat has a big bathroom, with a shower, toilet and 2 sinks. And a small bathroom, with a toilet and sink. (Its across your door, so basically only guest and you use it.)
Next to the kitch is the living room, where we also eat.
The currenty monthly rent is at 240€, heat, WLAN, water, electricity is all included.
Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt. Vor allem wenn man Student am Westerberg ist (3min mit dem Fahrrad), zur Uni in der Stadt dauert es etwas "länger" (7min).
Ein Combi ist 300m entfernt, ein Netto knapp 600m, also genug Möglichkeit um schnell einkaufen zu gehen.
Für alle die auch mal der Schnelle Hunger packt, ist gegenüber ein Dönerladen.

The location is perfect. Very close to the Westerberg Uni (3min with the bike), and to the Uni at Schlossgarten it takes a bit "longer" (7min).
A supermarket "Combi" is 300m away, another supermarket "Netto" is 600m away, so enough possibilites to go groceries shopping.
If you cross the street, you have the possibility to buy a Kebab.

Lilly, 19 Jahre, ist vor wenigen Wochen erst eingezogen, aber super nett. Sie studiert Biologie und Theologie auf Lehramt. Sie schaut gerne Serien und ist für Serienabende offen, gemeinsames kochen klappt mit ihr auch.
Francesco, 24 jahre, kommt aus Italien (seit July hier) und schreibt hier seine Doktorarbeit. Manchmal ist er für etwas längere Zeit in Italien. Sonst ist er eher ruhiger, geht aber auch gern mal in ein Cafe oder eine Bar. (Sofern das mit Corona möglich ist)
Er kann italienisch, redet mit uns aber auf englisch. Sein Deutsch ist definitiv nicht zu unterschätzen, er kann sehr viel verstehen nur ist reden noch nicht so flüssig.
Hannah, 21 Jahre, studiert Wirtschaftpsychologie. Mit ihr hab ich 2 Jahre hier zusammen gewohnt und sie ist sehr angenehm zum zusammen wohnen. Für alles zu haben, egal ob nur quatsch, Filmeabende mit Popcorn oder Kochaktionen. Jedoch macht Hannah nächstes Semester ein Praktikum, ob das hier in Osna sein wird, oder in einer anderen Stadt steht in den Sternen.
Du brauchst dir keine Sorgen machen, dass sich alle schon gut kennen und du nicht in die Gruppe reinkommst, da alle erst dieses Semester richtig miteinander leben. :D

Your 3 roommates are:
Lilly, 19 years old, studies biology and theology. She watches a lot of series and she is up to do movie or game nights.
Francesco, 24 years old, is doing his PHD here. He is from Italy and therefore also an international. He is more the quiet guy, but likes to go to bars/pubs and coffee shop.
Hannah, 21 years old, studies Business Psycholgie. I have lived with her for 2 years and she is a very lovely flatmate. Always up to chat, watch movies or cook dinner together. However she is looking for an intership position, she doesn't know yet if she is next semester here or somewhere else.
Lilly moved in a couple of weeks ago and Francesco moved in in July, so dont worry that you will be the odd one out, we all still get to know each other :D
Wie gesagt, gehe ich ins Ausland, und suche dafür einen Zwischenmieter. Da es ein Studentenwohnheim ist, muss es ein Student sein oder jemand der hier seine Bachelorarbeit schreibt, sein Studiumspraktikum macht oder ähnliches.
Wann eingezogen werden kann, ist sehr flexibel.
Mein Auslandssemester geht schon im Januar los. D.h. Februar wäre schon frei. Natürlich kann auch erst zum Semesterbeginn eingezogen werden. Der Auszug ist genauso flexibel. Ob bis Juli oder September, ist alles okay. Aber Oktober würde ich dann wieder hier einziehen wollen.
Im Hof kann man auch sein Auto parken, ein Fahrradkeller (oder besser Käfig) gibt es auch. Waschmaschine und Trockner werden mit dem gesamten Haus geteilt. Ein Balkon hat die Wohnung auch.

I'm going to do a semester abroad, and I am looking for someone to take over my apartment while I'm gone. You have to be a student or do something study related (like an internship).
The date to move in, is very flexible. Since I'm leaving in January you can move in February. But moving in when the semester starts is also fine. The date to move out is also very adjustable.
If you have a car, you can park it in the parking place behind the building. There is also a basement with bike racks. Washing machine and dryer are provided and shared with the building. The apartment also has a balcony.
