Das etwa 13.6 qm große Zimmer liegt in Richtung Nachbarshaus (parallel zur Martinistr., s. Fotos) und ist ruhiger als die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße. Die Sonne kommt hier gerne am Nachmittag durch das Fenster. Die Holzdielen verleihen dem Raum den klassischen Altbauflair.
Die Zimmer der Wohnung verteilen sich auf zwei Stockwerken mit einer großen Treppe dazwischen. Direkt im Mittelpunkt steht die edle Küche, ein Schmuckstück, das zum gemeinsamen Speisen, Spielen, Diskutieren und Beisammensein einlädt. Von einem Zimmer geht ein herrlich großer Balkon ab, der von der Allgemeinheit genutzt wird. Es gibt auf beiden Stockwerken ein Badezimmer, sodass sich nur drei Leute ein Bad teilen. Oben gibt es eine weitere (ungenutzte) Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, die weiteren Stauraum für alle bietet. Dieser Raum wird auch gerne als Wohnzimmer genutzt.

The room of about 13.6 square meters is located in the direction of the neighboring house (parallel to Martinistr., see photos) and is quieter than the rooms facing the main street. The sun shines through the window in the afternoon. The wooden floor gives the room the classic old building flair.
The rooms of the apartment are distributed on two floors with a large staircase in between. Directly in the center is the noble kitchen, a gem that invites you to dine, play, discuss and get together. From one room there is a wonderfully large balcony, which is used by us all. There is a bathroom on both floors, so only three people share a bathroom. Upstairs there is another (unused) kitchenette with refrigerator, which provides further storage space for everyone. This room is also often used as a living room.
Fast vor der Haustür hält der Bus zum Hauptbahnhof oder zur Uni. Der Rewe ist keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und das Weiden-Carré (mit Netto, dm und denn´s) ist ebenso gleich um die Ecke. Das Katharinenviertel mit Park und reichlich Platz zum Spazieren und joggen beginnt gleich hinter unserem Haus. Osnabrück City und der Ring sind ebenso nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

The bus to the main train station or to the university stops almost at the front door. The Rewe is less than five minutes walk away and the Weiden-Carré (with Netto, dm and denn's) is also just around the corner. The Katharinenviertel with park and plenty of space for walking and jogging starts right behind our house. Osnabrück City and the Ring are also just a few steps away.
Wir sind eine gut gemischte 6er WG und studieren bzw. arbeiten schon. Hin und wieder treffen wir uns zum WG Essen oder sonstigen schönen Unternehmungen. Auch sonst verbringen wir gerne Zeit miteinander und gehen zum Beispiel auf den Markt, kochen, trinken Kaffee, spielen Spiele, gehen spazieren, ... Wir leben definitiv miteinander und nicht nebeneinander her.
Wir freuen uns über eine ehrliche Kommunikation für das Flair in der WG. Einmal pro Monat treffen wir uns im Plenum und besprechen zusammen die Themen, die für eine gut funktionierende WG anfallen. Durch einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander hat jeder die Möglichkeit sich zu jeder Zeit zurückzuziehen, wenn er Zeit für sich braucht. Insgesamt wäre es uns aber wichtig einen Menschen zu finden, der auch wirklich Lust aufs Zusammenwohnen und gemeinsam Leben hat.

We are a well-mixed 6-people WG and study or work already. Every now and then we meet for a WG meal or other nice activities. Also otherwise we like to spend time together and go to the market, cook, drink coffee, play games, go for a walk, ... We definitely live together and not next to each other.
We are happy to have honest communication in the WG. Once a month we meet in a plenum and discuss issues that arise for a well-functioning WG. By treating each other with respect, everyone has the opportunity to withdraw at any time when they need time for themselves. Overall, it would be important for us to find a person who really wants to live together.
Du kannst uns gerne kontaktieren, wenn du denkst, dass du gut zu uns passen würdest! Da wir viele sind, wird die Kennenlern-Phase vielleicht in zwei Terminen stattfinden. Du kannst uns eine Mail schreiben, in der du erzählst, wer du so bist und was dich ausmacht. Wir freuen uns auf dich!
Die Besichtigungen und ein persönliches Kennenlernen werden ab Mitte Januar stattfinden.
