Hallo! Ich bin Johanna und suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer. Da ich Osnabrück nach Abschluss meines Studiums verlasse, wird mein schönes Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer zeichnet sich durch die Holzbalken und eine kleine Nische, die ich als begehbaren Kleiderschrank nutze, aus. Es hat ein gemütliches Flair und durch zwei Fenster ist es schön hell. Die Fenster liegen nach Osten zur Seitenstraße. Die Lotterstraße ist aber auch eine 30er-Zone. Das Zimmer wird komplett ohne Möbel neu vermietet.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt zwischen Innenstadt und Westerberg gelegen. D.h. solltest du studieren, bist du schnell an beiden Standorten. Mehrere gut angebundene Buslinien sind in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Park, diverse Supermärkte (Aldi, Denns, Netto, Allfrisch/Edeka), Bäckerein, Apotheken, Post, Friseure und Ärzte - alles was du brauchst.
Du wirst mit meinen lieben Mitbewohnerinnen Ana und Ezgi zusammen wohnen. Ana möchte cognitive science studieren und ist noch im Bewerbungsprozess. Ezgi studiert Nano Science und arbeitet im Labor. Beide sind sehr sympathisch und wie ich finde cool. Wir quatschen gerne in der Küche zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt, dass wir gleichzeitig zu Hause sind. Da beide Deutsch nicht als Erstsprache sprechen, sprechen wir oft Englisch zusammen. Ana spricht aber auch Spanisch und Ezgi Türkisch. Wir sind ein überwiegend vegetarischer und LGBTIAQ+-freundlicher Haushalt.
Wir haben neben der Küche noch eine kleine Wohn-Nische, in der du auch gut mit deinen Freund*innen abends abhängen kannst. Unsere Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und charmant chaotisch eingerichtet :)
Wir fühlen uns in unserer Wohnung sehr wohl und leben hier ganz ungezwungen zusammen.

Unten im Haus gibt es einen überdachten Hof, in dem du dein Fahrrad trocken abstellen kannst.
In der angegebenen Warmmiete sind alle Kosten inkl. GEZ und Internet angegeben. Sie enthält bereits eine erhöhte Vorauszahlung für Heizkosten, da die Stadtwerke ihre Preise zu August erhöhen. Somit sollten nach dem Winter keine Mehrkosten anfallen.

Hello! I am Johanna and am looking for somebody who wants to live in my room from September on. I will be leaving Osnabrueck because I am finishing my study programm.
The room is very cozy because of wood beams. It is also bright thanks to the two windows facing east and into the side street (which makes it less noisy in the room). The room also has a small area that I use as a closet. I will leave the room without furniture.
The apartment is located perfectly between city center and Westerberg area. So if you are a student you will be quick at any of those campuses. You can reach different bus lines in 3 minutes. There are many supermarkets here and also bakeries, pharmacies, post office, doctors - anything you will need.
You will share the flat with my lovely roommates Ana and Ezgi. Ana is planning on studying cognitive science and is working at the bistro at the theater and Ezgi is studying nanoscience and is working in a lab. Both of them are very nice and in my opinion cool to talk to. When we are home at the same time, we like to chat in the kitchen about our day. Since Ana and Ezgi dont speak German as a first language, we tend to talk English together. But Ana speaks also Spanish and Ezgi speaks Turkish. We are a predominantly vegetarian houshold and are also lgbtiaq+-friendly.
Besides the kitchen there is a nice sofa-area in our flat where you can also hang out with your friends. We have a cozy and charmingly caotic flat. We feel comfortable living here and do so very casually.
