Zwischenmiete in zentraler 2er-WG mit Garten

Das Haus befindet sich zentral in der Martinistraße, sodass Uni, Innenstadt und Hochschule schnell mit Bus, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die nächste Haltestelle, an der viele Buslinien abfahren, ist in beiden Richtungen in einer Minute erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber befinden sich ein Bio-Markt, DM, Netto und eine Sparkasse, sowie die Straße runter Aldi und Rewe. Auch Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Laufdistanz.

The house is centrally located in Martinistraße, so that the university, city center and college can be reached quickly by bus, bicycle or on foot. The nearest bus stop, where many bus lines leave, can be reached in both directions in one minute. Directly across the street are an organic market, DM, Netto and a savings bank, as well as Aldi and Rewe down the street. Bakers and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Bei der WG handelt es sich um eine 2er-WG. Mein Zimmer wird frei, da ich für den angegebenen Zeitraum ins Ausland gehe. Mit in der Wohnung lebt Annalena. Sie ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Soziale Arbeit an der Universität in Vechta. Es herrscht ein unkompliziertes, freundschaftliches Miteinander mit gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen und Zusammensitzen. Im Sommer trifft sich das ganze Haus im Garten, um die Sonne zu genießen. Dieser bietet aber so viel Platz, dass man auch dort seine Ruhe haben kann.

The WG is a shared flat for 2 people. My room is available, because I go abroad for the specified period. Annalena lives in the apartment with me. She is 22 years old and studies social work at the university in Vechta. There is an uncomplicated, friendly togetherness with cooking, eating and sitting together. In summer, the people living in the house meet in the garden to enjoy the sun. However, the garden offers so much space that you can also have your peace and quiet there.

Die Nebenkosten sind so berechnet, dass alles mit inbegriffen ist (Internet etc.). Wir zahlen momentan ein bisschen mehr an Stromkosten, in der Hoffnung, dass wir im Winter mit den steigenden Preise nichts nachzahlen müssen. So kann es auch sein, dass wir etwas von dem Geld zurückbekommen. Es fallen keine weiteren monatlichen Kosten an. Die Möbel, die im WG-Zimmer zu sehen sind bleiben im Zimmer und können in der Zeit genutzt werden.
