leider muss ich aufgrund meines Referendariates aus meiner netten WG am Johannistorwall zu Mitte Maerz/Anfang April ausziehen. Wer hat Lust, mein sehr helles (2 Fenster) etwa 20 Quadratmeter grosses, zur Strasse ausgerichtetes (aber gut schall-isoliertes!) Zimmer mit Laminatfussboden zu uebernehmen? Die Miete betraegt insgesamt 270 Euro warm (inkl. Nebenkosten und Telefon+Internetflatrate). Die Mitbewohnerin (24) studiert Kunst und Deutsch auf Lehramt und wuerde sich freuen, wenn es sich nicht zu einer reinen Zweck-WG entwickelt.
Wir suchen vorzugsweise ein Maedel, Anfang/Mitte 20 Jahre alt, die nicht jedes Wochenende nach Hause faehrt. Eine Zwischenmiete von April bis Sept./Okt. waere auch moeglich, da die Mitbewohnerin selbst nur noch bis dahin in Osnabrueck studiert.
Ueber einen kurzen Steckbrief per Email (Studienfaecher, Alter, Hobbies, evtl. Foto...) wuerden wir uns freuen.
