Wir suchen einen neuen Mieter für das neu eingerichtete Zimmer bei uns zu Hause. Auf den Fotos kannst du dein eigenes Badesehen. Die Dusche kannst du in einem anderen Badezimmer benutzen, das ebenfalls gerade renoviert wurde.
Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, stehen in dem Zimmer ein Bett (mit einem ausziehbaren Bett), 2 Regale, 2 Kommoden, eine Kleiderstange, Tisch und Stühle, eine Kochnische mit einem 2-Platten-Herd und einen Kühlschrank. Wasserkocher, French-Press, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck sind vorhanden und größtenteils neu! Wlan ist natürlich auch vorhanden!
Dass du Nichtraucher sind, ist eine notwendige Voraussetzung... :)
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der oberen Etage unseres Familienhauses. Wir, das sind Susanne, Mario, Henner und Noah wohnen hier . Allerdings würdest du dir das Obergeschoss nur mit Henner, 20 Jahre alt (derzeit noch im Freiwilligendienst, aber bald Sportstudent) und Noah teilen. Beide sind super offen und immer für Sport, gutes Essen und spontane Aktivitäten zu haben!

We are looking for a new renter for the newly furnished room at our home. On the photos you can see your own bathroom. You can use the shower in another bathroom, which has also just been renovated.
As you can see on the photos, the room has a bed (with a pull-out bed), 2 shelves, 2 chests of drawers, a clothes rail, a table and chairs, a kitchenette with a 2-plate cooker and a refrigerator. Kettle, French-Press, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are there and mostly new! Of course Wlan is also available!
That you are a non-smoker is a necessary condition... :)
The room is located on the upper floor of our family house. We, that's Susanne, Mario & Henner live here (Hannah, Noah and Hannes - the siblings of Henner, come by from time to time). You would then share the upper floor with Henner, 20 years old (currently still in voluntary service, but soon to be a sports student). He is also very open and always up for sports, good food and spontaneous activities!
Die Lage ist super. Die Haltestellen Wüste und Alfred-Delp-Straße sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kaufland oder das Weidencarré sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Man ist mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten in der Stadt. Fitnessstudio (OSC, Aktivital) und Sportplatz sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. (Ideal für Sportstudenten: Das Sportzentrum ist auch direkt um die Ecke.)
The location is great. The stops Wüste and Alfred-Delp-Straße are within 2 minutes walking distance. Kaufland or the Weidencarré can also be reached in 5 minutes. You can reach the city by bike in 5 minutes. The gym (Aktivital) and sports field are within 2 minutes walking distance. (Ideal for sports students: the sports centre is also just around the corner).
Über den Mietzeitraum lässt sich sprechen, wenn alles andere passt :)
