Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon und ist Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es kommt viel Tageslicht rein und ist durch die Lage von der Straße weg sehr ruhig. Die Möbel werden, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, in der Wohnung bleiben, die privaten Gegenstände werden natürlich ausgeräumt. Mit den Kommoden, dem Schrank und den Bettschubladen ist sehr viel Stauraum vorhanden und durch die helle Einrichtung wirkt das Zimmer sehr offen und noch heller.
The room has a balcony and is oriented towards the courtyard. It gets a lot of daylight and is very quiet due to the location away from the street. The furniture will stay in the apartment as seen in the pictures, the private items will be cleared out of course. With the chests of drawers, the wardrobe and the bed drawers, there is a lot of storage space and the bright furnishings make the room look very open.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Rosenplatz, dementsprechend ist die Anbindung an den ÖPNV sehr gut. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Edeka, Aldi und Netto City, die alle ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind. Auch in die Innenstadt benötigt man höchstens 15 Minuten zu Fuß und wenn man ein kleines Stück läuft kommt man auch in einen "ländlicheren" Bereich mit Feldern und Schrebergärten.
The apartment is located very close to Rosenplatz, accordingly, the connection to public transport is very good. The nearest grocery stores are an Edeka, Aldi and Netto City, which are all about 7 minutes walk away. Also to the city center you need at most 15 minutes by foot and if you walk a little bit you also come to a more "rural" area with fields and allotments.
Da die WG zwei Zimmer hat und wir beide gleichzeitig für ein Auslandssemester weg sind, wird sich die WG für die Zeit praktisch neu zusammenstellen. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet (der Ofen funktioniert leider nicht), und im Badezimmer ist auch eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem hat die Wohnung eine recht große Abstellkammer (am Flur, auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen) und einen großen Balkon. Im Innenhof des Hauses ist ein Carport, in dem die Fahrräder der Bewohner abgestellt werden können.
Since the apartment has two rooms and we are both away for a semester abroad at the same time, the WG will practically regroup for the time. The kitchen is fully equipped (unfortunately, the oven does not work), and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. In addition, the apartment has a rather large storage room (at the hallway, not visible in the pictures) and a large balcony. In the courtyard of the house is a carport, where you can park your bicycles.
