The location could hardly be: in just 3 minutes you are walking at the main railway station, to the university you just need 5 minutes by bike and the campus Westerberg is easily reachable in about 15 minutes. Lidl and other supermarkets are right around the corner, just like a bus stop (2 min walk). The well-known clubs are also within walking distance so you don't have to doof the bus home at night, really practical.

Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein: In nur 3 Minuten bist du zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof, zur Uni brauchst du mit dem Rad gerade mal 5 Minuten und auch der Campus Westerberg ist in etwa 15 Minuten easy erreichbar. Lidl und andere Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke, genauso wie eine Bushaltestelle (2 Min zu Fuß). Die bekannten Clubs sind auch fußläufig erreichbar also muss man nachts nicht noch doof mit dem Bus nach Hause, echt praktisch.

Johanna (21), Rieke (20) and Nike (21) are currently living in the WG – from the winter semester, Anne (22) is moving in again, who is doing a practical semester in Bremen and works there in a law firm (she studies economic law). Nike's here for the rental. I am Anne M. and move out to the end of the semester – but I will take over the communication about WG requests so that you know who you are writing with and there are no confusions with the other Anne.

All here are super open, friendly and uncomplicated. Johanna and Rieke study primary education, Nike Social Work. The atmosphere is relaxed and study-friendly. We have already done a lot in common – skates, games evenings, cosy kitchen sessions – and everyone will be happy to keep this up. Of course, everyone has their rest periods.

Johanna plays football, Rieke is engaged in the youth club, Anne is a big Werder-Bremen fan and likes to play Badminton and Nike is happy to travel in bars and is always available for games. Our kitchen is the meeting point of the WG because it is located right in the middle, so perfect for silly between. Order is important to us, but everything is relaxed – the cleaning plan works super.

In der WG wohnen aktuell Johanna (21), Rieke (20) und Nike (21) – ab dem Wintersemester zieht dann wieder Anne (22) ein, die gerade ein Praxissemester in Bremen macht und dort in einer Kanzlei arbeitet (sie studiert Wirtschaftsrecht). Nike ist zur Zwischenmiete hier. Ich bin Anne M. und ziehe zum Semesterende aus – werde aber die Kommunikation über WG-Gesucht übernehmen, damit ihr wisst, mit wem ihr schreibt und es keine Verwechslungen mit der anderen Anne gibt.

Alle hier sind super offen, freundlich und unkompliziert. Johanna und Rieke studieren Grundschullehramt, Nike Soziale Arbeit. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und studifreundlich. Wir haben schon einiges gemeinsam unternommen – Schlittschuhlaufen, Spieleabende, gemütliche Küchensessions –, und alle haben Lust, das auch weiterhin beizubehalten. Natürlich hat jede*r auch mal seine Ruhephasen.

Johanna spielt Fußball, Rieke engagiert sich im Jugendverein, Anne ist großer Werder-Bremen-Fan und spielt gern Badminton und Nike ist gerne in Bars unterwegs und ist immer für Spieleabende zu haben. Unsere Küche ist der Treffpunkt der WG da sie direkt in der Mitte liegt, also perfekt zum Quatschen zwischendurch. Ordnung ist uns wichtig, aber alles läuft entspannt – der Putzplan funktioniert super.

The WG includes a bicycle cellar and a courtyard with further bicycle parking spaces. Who has a car: In the courtyard there are parking spaces that can be rented via the landlord. A washing machine is available in the basement for shared use for all home parties – works reliably. The WG is located on the second floor, and the whole house is inhabited by WGs and Studis – so super pleasant.

We would like to have a roommate who is or who is also studying or doing a school education (determined by landlords), open and friendly and has the pleasure of relaxing together. We are not a purpose WG – so we look forward to meeting you in the kitchen once on a coffee or a bit of a blush. At the same time, everyone has enough space for themselves and the university everyday.

Der Einzug ist ab dem 1. Mai möglich, der Mietvertrag läuft auch ab dann – nach Absprache wäre ein früherer Einzug aber auch kein Problem. Der Mietvertrag beläuft sich nur auf dein Zimmer, was sehr praktisch und unkompliziert ist. Die angegebene Miete ist die Warmmiete es gibt also keine zusätzlichen Nebenkosten, lediglich die GEZ-Gebühren kommen hinzu.
Einige Möbel würde ich gerne da lassen – über den Preis und welche Möbel können wir dann ganz entspannt bei der Besichtigung oder per Nachricht sprechen.

Zur WG gehört ein Fahrradkeller und ein Innenhof mit weiteren Fahrradstellplätzen. Wer ein Auto hat: Im Innenhof gibt es Stellplätze, die man über den Vermieter dazumieten kann. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für alle Hausparteien bereit – klappt zuverlässig. Die WG liegt im zweiten Obergeschoss, und das ganze Haus ist von WGs und Studis bewohnt – also super angenehm.

Wir wünschen uns eine/n Mitbewohner*in, der oder die ebenfalls studiert oder eine schulische Ausbildung macht (durch Vermieter vorgegeben), offen und freundlich ist und Lust auf ein entspanntes Miteinander hat. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG – freuen uns also, wenn man sich in der Küche mal auf einen Kaffee oder ein bisschen Quatschen trifft. Gleichzeitig hat hier aber auch jede*r genug Raum für sich und den Uni-Alltag.
