Es ist keine klassische WEG, da Mutter Mitbewohnerin ist. Aber Bad- und Küchenmitbenutzung ist vorhanden.
Das Nachbarzimmer ist auch an einen Studenten vermietet. Es gibt einen Balkon mit einem schönen Gartenblick.
Ottobrunn ist eine grosse Gemeinde im Südosten Münchens. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar sind
S bahn Ottobrunn in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
Vom S-Bahnhof Ottobrunn zum Marienplatz sind es ca. 18 Minuten. Alternativ gibt es einen Bus nach Neuperlach Süd. Von dort S-Bahn Richtung Zentrum oder U 5 Richtung Zentrum.
Es gibt in Ottobrunn auch viele kulturelle Veranstaltungen sowie eine große Anzahl von Restautants. Die Firma Airbus ist sehr nahe .
Wie bereits beschrieben, kein Klassische WG .Das Nachbarzimmer ist auch an einen Studenten vermietet.
Das andere Zimmer in der 1. Etage wird von meiner Mutter bewohnt. Meine Mutter ist schon älter , aber kommunikativ. Es sollte ein ruhiger Mieter sein.
Kochen in Absprache möglich.
Am besten wäre Kontaktaufnahme per Mail. Einzug ab 1. Oktober 2023 möglich.
