The bright, 45sqm studio room with private access to a winter garden is fully furnished and located in a bungalow house with 4 rooms, private garden and terrace. The house is larger than 120 sqm.
The spaceous kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, water cooker and 2 fridges. A separated dining area with a large table invites to have a good chat and time together.
There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub and an additional separate toilet with sink.
A washing machine and space for hanging cloths is available in the basement.
Internet and radio tax (GEZ) is included.
Several additional spaces for storage of large items (suitcases, boxes, etc.) are available in the hallway.
The room is separated into 2 private sleeping areas.
Das 45qm große, lichtdurchflutete, voll möblierte Studio mit exklusivem Zugang zum Wintergarten befindet sich in einer 4er WG in einem Atrium-Bungalow mit privatem Garten und schöner überdachter Terrasse. Das Haus ist über 120m2 groß.
Das WG Leben spielt sich in der geräumigen, voll ausgestatteten Küche ab. Es gibt ein Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher und 2 Kühlschränke. Ein separater Essbereich mit großem Esstisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein.
Im Haus gibt es ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC sowie ein weiteres WC mit Waschbecken.
Eine Waschmaschine mit Trockenmöglichkeit steht im Keller zur Verfügung. Internet und GEZ sind enthalten.
Im Gang gibt es weitere Stauräume die man z.B. für sperriges Gepäck frei benutzen kann.
Mit Raumteilern ist für 2 Bewohner je ein privater Schlafbereich im Zimmer realisiert.
Das Haus ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Von dort ist man in 12 Minuten am S-/U-Bahnhof Neuperlach Süd oder in 8 Minuten an der S-Bahn Ottobrunn. Brunntal, Taufkirchen, Unterhaching, Neubiberg sind von dort ebenfalls gut angebunden. Der Ludwig-Bölkow-Campus, Airbus, IABG und Ariane sind weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Bäckerei, usw) und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe und es gibt viele Freizeitangebote. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man schnell die schönsten Ziele im Müncher Umland erreichen.
The next bus stop is within 2 minutes walk distance. From there it takes 12 minutes to reach U-/S-Bahn Neuperlach Süd or 8 minutes to S-Bahn Ottobrunn. Brunntal, Taufkirchen, Unterhaching, Neubiberg can be reached quickly as well. It takes less than 10 minutes walking to reach Ludwig-Bölkow-Campus, Airbus, IABG or Ariane.
Grocery and other shops (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, bakery, etc.) are very close and there are a lot of leisure activities available.
