1 WG-Zimmer im Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses mit 19 quadratmetern. Einbauküche und Esstisch vorhanden. Das Bad wird durch die beiden WG Bewohner genutzt. 10 quadratmeter Balkon zur Südseite wird ebenfalls von beiden WG Bewohnern genutzt. Abstellmöglichkeiten in einem Teil der Garage vorhanden.
Caoch und Bett kann von der Vormieterin übernommen werden. Preis ist mit ihr zu verhandeln.

10 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn. Mit Bus und S-Bahn ist man in ca. 20 Minuten am Ostbahnhof. Der
Bus zur U5 Neuperlach-Süd fährt zu den Hauptverkehrzeiten im 10 Minuten Takt.

Die Mitbewohnerin ist eine fröhliche und quirlige Person. Immer gut gelaunt. Es können gemeinsame Abende in der Küche verbracht werden aber es ist auch möglich, dass jeder seine Ruhezeiten bekommt. Das wichtigste ist eine offnene Kommunikation über Themen oder Punkte die einen beschäftigen oder stören.

Die Miete von 600 € ist eine Warmmiete. Es kommen zusätzlich noch 10 € pro Monat Internetkosten dazu. Eine Waschmaschinen- und Trockner-Nutzung im Keller ist möglich.
