In den 347 Euro sind alle Kosten ( Strom, Internet, Wasser, Abwasser, Heizung , GEZ,etc.) enthalten.
Der Kleiderschrank kann bei Bedarf für 150€ übernommen werden.
The apartment is located at the beginning of the southern city. The city centre is just 5 minutes walk and the Aldi and Edeka are not even 1 minute away from the apartment. The Hbf is only 7 minutes as well as the Le Mans Wall if you want to go to university. So the situation could not be better.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang der Südstadt. Zur Innenstadt sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und der Aldi und Edeka sind nicht einmal 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt. Zum Hbf sind es nur 7 Minuten genauso wie zum Le Mans Wall falls man zur Uni möchte. Die Lage könnte also nicht besser sein.
Your new roommates are Sarah and Mohammed. Sarah is 23 years old and studies English and Management in the Bachelor. Mohammed is 22 years old and makes training a campist. Life in the WG is very relaxed. Sarah and Mohammed are relaxed people with whom you can have a lot of fun. Be it a little chat in the kitchen, a beer in the garden or a game evening, for this the two are definitely to have. But even if you want to withdraw, that's not a problem.
What is a great advantage at this apartment: we have access to the garden and this is perfect for the summer that stands in front of the For.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Sarah und Mohammed. Sarah ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert im Bachelor Englisch und Management. Mohammed ist 22 Jahre alt und macht eine Ausbildung zum Lageristen. Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt. Sarah und Mohammed sind entspannte Leute mit denen man eine Menge Spaß haben kann. Sei es ein Pläuschchen in der Küche, ein Bier im Garten oder ein Spieleabend, hierfür sind die beiden auf jeden Fall zu haben. Aber auch wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte, ist das kein Problem.
Was an dieser Wohnung ein großer Vorteil ist: wir haben Zugang zum Garten und das ist perfekt für den Sommer, der vor der Für steht.
