Cosy Southern Town of Mädels-WG Gemütliche Südstadt Mädels-WG

The apartment is located at Kilianplatz. Idyllic, but still in the middle of action. Right among us there is an Italian if you don't want to cook. Next door a new café opens. The Südstadtbäckerei is just two minutes away, the university and the Südring Center can be reached in ten minutes on foot. If you don't want to run, you have a bus stop right in front of the door where line 7 is all
30 minutes drive. Another stop with connections to the city and the main station is five minutes away. For our cars there are two private pitches, as well as several bicycle stands and numerous free parking right outside the door.

Die Wohnung liegt am Kilianplatz. Idyllisch, aber dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Direkt unter uns gibt es einen Italiener, falls man mal keine Lust aufs Kochen hat. Nebenan eröffnet bald ein neues Café. Die Südstadtbäckerei ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt, die Uni und das Südring Center erreicht man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Wer nicht laufen möchte, hat eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, an der die Linie 7 alle
30 Minuten fährt. Eine weitere Haltestelle mit Verbindungen in die Stadt und zum Hauptbahnhof ist fünf Minuten entfernt. Für unsere Autos gibt es zwei private Stellplätze, außerdem mehrere Fahrradständer und zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

We are Madita (23) and Leonie (22), both study and look for a third person for our beautiful WG. I (Leonie) only moved to the apartment on 01.05 and Madita also moved to 01.07, so it is basically a new foundation. We already know each other, but start here freshly and look for a third person who wants to become part of it. We also have a lot to redesign Bock in the WG. :

We do a lot together, like going to the gym, chilling on serial evenings or hitting with a glass of Vino. Friends are always welcome with us, it is also possible to get a party, everyone should feel comfortable with us and can also have their peace.

Wir sind Madita (23) und Leonie (22), studieren beide Lehramt und suchen noch eine dritte Person für unsere schöne WG. Ich (Leonie) bin erst zum 01.05 in die Wohnung eingezogen und Madita zieht auch erst zum 01.07 ein, deswegen ist es im Grunde eine Neugründung. Wir kennen uns zwar schon, aber starten hier ganz frisch und suchen noch eine dritte Person, die Lust hat, Teil davon zu werden. Wir haben Bock in der WG auch noch einiges umzugestalten. :)

Wir unternehmen viel zusammen, gehen gern ins Gym, chillen bei Serienabenden oder stoßen mal mit nem Glas Vino an. Freunde sind bei uns immer willkommen, es darf auch mal ne Party steigen, jede*r soll sich bei uns wohlfühlen und auch mal einfach seine Ruhe haben können.

Our WG consists of the three above-mentioned bedrooms and two spacious common rooms that we use as living and dining rooms. The living room is equipped with a huge sofa and a beamer including canvas - perfect for cozy movie evenings. In addition, we have two balconies that are adjacent to our rooms, but of course can still be used by you.

Unsere WG besteht aus den drei oben genannten Schlafzimmern und zwei großzügigen Gemeinschaftsräumen, die wir als Wohn- und Esszimmer nutzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem riesigen Sofa und einem Beamer inklusive Leinwand ausgestattet - perfekt für gemütliche Filmabende. Außerdem haben wir zwei Balkone, die zwar an unsere Zimmer angrenzen, aber natürlich trotzdem von dir mitbenutzt werden können.
