Your future room is 14 square meters and is therefore the medium size in our WG. It is located in the attic and has on one side a roof slope, which is oriented towards the street (it is a very quiet residential area, so you can hardly hear anything from outside).
Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and includes 3 rooms (Flur/dining room/kitchen and the bathroom).
In the hallway in front of the apartment we have further storage space where we store drinks and durable food.
The landlord lives among us and is always responsive to problems or questions.
If you have a car, you can always find a place on the street. You can put a bicycle under the roof in front of the front door.

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und ist somit das mittelgroße in unserer WG. Es befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und hat an einer Seite eine Dachschräge, die zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist (es ist ein sehr ruhiges Wohnviertel, man hört also quasi gar nichts von draußen).
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines Wohnhauses und beinhaltet 3 Zimmer (Flur/Esszimmer/Küche und das Badezimmer).
Im Flur vor der Wohnung haben wir weiteren Stauraum, wo wir Getränke und haltbare Lebensmittel lagern.
Der Vermieter wohnt unter uns und ist bei Problemen oder Fragen immer ansprechbar.
Falls du ein Auto hast, lässt sich auf der Straße immer ein Platz dafür finden. Ein Fahrrad kannst du unterm Vordach vor der Haustür unterstellen.

The apartment is located in the southern city, allowing the university and the southern ring center to be reached within 5 minutes by bus. Both the bus stop to the university and the ones to the city centre are also available in less than 5 minutes. Train station and other supermarkets are also on foot (approx. 15-20 min).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt, wodurch die Uni und das Südringcenter innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Bus erreicht werden können. Sowohl die Bushaltestelle zur Uni, als auch die in die Innenstadt erreichst du ebenfalls in unter 5 Minuten. Bahnhof und weitere Supermärkte erreichst du auch gut zu Fuß (ca 15-20 min.).
We are Hanna (19) and Lisa (21) and are looking for someone open to our WG who is sometimes business-loving and with whom you can spend a nice time together.
We are a cozy but also business-loving WG and have spent our time together with sports courses at the university, walks, city trips or film evenings.
A clean coexistence is important to us, which is why we would be pleased with a sense of cleanliness.

Wir sind Hanna (19) und Lisa (21) und suchen für unsere WG jemanden offenes, der mal unternehmenslustig ist und mit dem man gemeinsam eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann.
Wir sind eine gemütliche, aber auch unternehmenslustige WG und haben bisher unsere gemeinsame Zeit mit Sportkursen an der Uni, Spaziergängen, Städte-Ausflügen oder Filmeabenden verbracht😊
Ein sauberes Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig, weshalb wir uns über einen Sinn für Sauberkeit freuen würden.

The rental price includes all fees (water, electricity, etc.) up to WLAN/TV, which we ourselves carry. The costs are about €20 per month.
We have a garden behind the house with Terasse, which we can use.
In the basement there is a washing machine for us from the landlord. For use we pay a small package. If we ask the landlord, we can also use his dryer.
Der Mietpreis beinhaltet alles an Gebühren (Wasser, Strom, etc.) bis auf WLAN/TV, was wir selbst tragen. Die Kosten belaufen sich im Monat auf ca. 20€.
Wir haben hinter dem Haus einen Garten, mit Terasse, welchen wir mitbenutzen dürfen.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine für uns vom Vermieter. Für die Nutzung zahlen wir eine kleine Pauschale. Wenn wir den Vermieter fragen, können wir auch seinen Trockner mitbenutzen.
