In our beautiful, spacious old building villa from 01.07 a beautiful room is free.
The room has a floor area of about 14 square meters and lots of light comes into the room through the large corner window. The room also has beautiful high ceilings. The room is in the 1st floor and goes out to the beautiful garden. On the same floor there are also bathroom and toilet.
The house is really very large and spacious and through the two kitchens and the three bathrooms, it is really not as tight and chaotic as you might initially imagine. Many of us now live here for several years and enjoy the time very:)
With the best is of course the huge garden, which extends over two levels. Here you can relax the soul, refresh the sun, play, grill, train and simply enjoy life!

In unserer wunderschönen, geräumigen Altbauvilla wird ab dem 01.07 ein schönes Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat eine Grundfläche von etwa 14 qm und durch das große Eckfenster kommt viel Licht in den Raum. Außerdem hat das Zimmer schöne hohe Decken. Das Zimmer ist im 1.OG und geht in den schönen Garten raus. Auf der gleichen Etage befinden sich auch Bad und Toilette.
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß und weitläufig und durch die zwei Küchen und die drei Bäder, ist es wirklich nicht so eng und chaotisch, wie du es dir vielleicht zunächst vorstellst. Viele von uns wohnen nun schon mehrere Jahre hier und genießen die Zeit sehr :)
Mit das Beste ist natürlich der riesige Garten, der sich über zwei Ebenen erstreckt. Hier kann man entspannt die Seele baumeln lassen, Sonne tanken, spielen, grillen, trainieren und einfach das Leben genießen!
Vermutlich wird das Zimmer auch schon früher frei. Das wird sich in den nächsten Tagen auf jeden Fall klären :)

Gegenüber liegen das Brüderkrankenhaus (von dem man wirklich kaum was hört!) mit einer Apotheke und einem Bäcker. Frische Brötchen zum Frühstück sind also nur einen Katzensprung entfernt!

There are also plenty of retreats and you can easily move to your room without being disturbed by others. Friends are always welcome with us! From time to time, we like to organize a WG party and let the corks bang together.

In the garden, the cellar and the common rooms, everyone can realize themselves a bit. Up to now, for example, a small fitness corner was set up in the garden (see photo). In addition, we have also put our green thumb a little on the test and more or less successfully tried to grow vegetables in our garden. As you can see, a lot is possible here and the repertoire is not yet exhausted.
With us, it's a bit like in a big family, sometimes a bit violent, but above all a home where we all feel very comfortable.

Wir sind in unserer Haus-WG ein bunt gemischter Haufen von Lehrämtler*innen, Sozialarbeiter*innen und Naturwissenschaftler*innen und jenen, die den Sprung ins Berufsleben gewagt haben. So unterschiedlich wir sind, verstehen wir uns super :)

Im Sommer fahren wir abends öfter mal an den See, machen im Garten zusammen Sport, gehen zu Unipartys, spielen was zusammen oder quatschen einfach den ganzen Abend. Wenn Du Glück hast, kommst Du dann auch mal in den Genuss von ein paar knusprigen Pommes aus unserer Fritteuse. Neue Anregungen sind natürlich immer willkommen:)
Wir freuen uns immer über gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Sei es drinnen in unserem großen und geräumigen Wohnbereich oder im Sommer draußen in unserem schönen Garten.

Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gibt es natürlich auch zu Genüge und man kann sich jederzeit problemlos auf sein Zimmer verziehen ohne von den anderen gestört zu werden. Freund*innen sind bei uns auch immer willkommen! Ab und an veranstalten wir auch gerne mal eine WG-Party und lassen gemeinsam die Korken knallen.

Im Garten, dem Keller und den Gemeinschaftsräumen kann sich jeder ein bisschen selbst verwirklichen. Bisher wurde zum Beispiel eine kleine Fitnessecke im Garten eingerichtet (s. Foto). Außerdem haben wir auch unseren grünen Daumen etwas auf die Probe gestellt und mehr oder minder erfolgreich versucht Gemüse in unserem Garten anzubauen. Wie du siehst, ist hier vieles möglich und das Repertoire natürlich noch nicht ausgeschöpft.
Bei uns ist es ein bisschen wie in einer Großfamilie, ab und an etwas trubelig, aber vor allem ein Zuhause, in dem wir uns alle sehr wohlfühlen.
