In Need of a Decent Room

Dear All,

I will be joining in WS'2013 (October 1st 2013) and requires a cheaper and well set room with necessary fringe benefits as per the daily needs of Summer/Winter. Following are the basic requirements ;
1) Room should be close walking distance from the university. 2) Room can be in shared flat of 2/4 people (Man)
3) Ideal flat at minimum cost with max facilities
4) Range b/w 120-170 Euro.
5) Preference of sharing with Pakistani (English Speaking.
5) Need for short term, period can be extended based on the experience and comfort.
6) All utilities to be included in the offer.
7) Final agreement on the deal on my arrival in Germany in last week of September.
