Das Zimmer ist hell, geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum Entfalten. Es grenzt direkt an den modernen Wohn- und Essbereich, wodurch eine offene und einladende Atmosphäre entsteht. Ein großer Kleiderschrank kann bei Interesse übernommen werden – das lässt sich am besten bei der Besichtigung besprechen.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein kleiner Garten, ideal zum Chillen im Sommer, sowie eine Garage, in der du dein Fahrrad oder Ähnliches sicher unterbringen kannst.
The WG is super practical: A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away – from there you are quickly at the university or at the Western Gate and easily reach all the corners of Paderborn.
Shops like Edeka and Aldi are available in approx. 10 minutes walk or even faster by bike. You need about 15 minutes to get to university.
Die WG liegt super praktisch: Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt – von dort bist du schnell an der Uni oder am Westerntor und kommst problemlos in alle Ecken Paderborns.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka und Aldi erreichst du in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder noch schneller mit dem Fahrrad. Zur Uni brauchst du mit dem Rad etwa 15 Minuten.
Our roommates move out as he has completed his studies – and from August a place in our relaxed 3er-WG becomes free.
Your future roommates are Janna (24), who studies special education in the Bachelor, and Jorn (24), who makes electrical engineering in the Master. The two are super friendly, open and uncomplicated.
The WG life is pleasantly easy: you like to cook in the kitchen, cook together or drink something in the evening. At the same time, one respects one another and has enough room for rest and retreat.
A cleaning plan ensures that everything is fairly divided. Pets are not allowed – but visits or overnight guests are welcome.
Unser Mitbewohner zieht aus, da er sein Studium abgeschlossen hat – und damit wird ab August ein Platz in unserer entspannten 3er-WG frei.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind Janna (24), die Sonderpädagogik im Bachelor studiert, und Jorn (24), der Elektrotechnik im Master macht. Die beiden sind super freundlich, offen und unkompliziert.
Das WG-Leben ist angenehm locker: Man quatscht gerne in der Küche, kocht zusammen oder trinkt auch mal abends was. Gleichzeitig respektiert man sich gegenseitig und hat genug Raum für Ruhe und Rückzug.
Ein Putzplan sorgt dafür, dass alles fair aufgeteilt ist. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt – aber Besuch oder Übernachtungsgäste sind selbstverständlich willkommen.
