Ich bin freiberufliche Journalistin, meine 20jährige Tochter ist zu Semesterbeginn zum Studium nach Deutschland gegangen, und ich vermiete jetzt ihr Zimmer (mit Balkonzugang).
Die Wohnung liegt im 9.Stock eines Hauses in der Carrer Joan Alcover (mit Aufzug) und wir würden uns Bad (mit Dusche) und die Küche teilen.
Wir hatten gute Erfahrungen im Zusammenwohnen mit anderen Leuten und die Erfahrung gemacht, dass es weniger auf Alter oder Geschlecht, als vielmehr auf ähnliche "Vibrations "ankommt.
Das Zimmer ist ab Dezember frei, für diesen Monat würde es - je nach Einzugsdatum eine Reduktion geben.
