Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett (1.80x2.00) oder Einzelbett, je nach Bedarf. Ausserdem eine grosse Garderobe, einen Tisch, Spiegel und Nachttisch.
Die Wohnung ist eine typisch mallorquinische Altstadtwohnung, sehr grossräumig und mit antiken Fliesenboden. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet. Das Esszimmer hat einen grossen Tisch. Das Badezimmer wird geteilt. Bettwäsche, Bettdecken, Kissen und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Hafens und 3 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig und doch in der Nähe von angesagten Bars und Restaurants. Supermärkte gibt es um die Ecke und in der Nähe ist auch der Markt in Santa Catalina.
Jenni ist Yogalehrerin und Gong Soundtherapeutin. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist ruhig und gemütlich. Ihre Tochter (7) ist 2 Wochen pro Monat in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und sollte von den Mitbewohnern auch so gehalten werden. Für die Endreinigung werden 20€ berechnet.
Für Einzelpersonen gibt es einen Preisnachlass pro Übernachtung.
