Das Zimmer ist nach hinten raus und ruhig. Küche, Bad, WC, Diele, Waschküche & große Sonnenterrasse mit Meer- und Sternblick können mitbenutzt werden. Große Dachterrasse auch zur Mitbenutzung.
Das WG-Zimmer ist ideal wenn du hier längerfristig einen Job beginnst, Praktikum machst oder von hier aus eine eigene Wohnung suchst. (ANGEBOT NUR F. Die Lage ist ziemlich ideal zwischen Palma-Stadt und Arenal gelegen. Der nächste Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt, weitere befinden sich in etwa 8-10 Minuten Laufnähe.
Auch ÖPNV ist ideal, gute Taktung - 10 Min. Fahrt nach Palma Zentrum.
Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter (Sichtweite) und damit ideal wenn du an der Küste joggen oder radeln möchtest. Von hier kann man in etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Rad entlang am Meer ins Zentrum der Inselhauptstadt auf gut ausgebauten Radwegen fahren.
15 Min. Fußweg zum Strand von Arenal.
5 Min. Fußweg nach Portixol mit seinen hippen Cafés und Restaurants.
Es handelt sich um eine Berufstätigen-WG mit Spaßfakor. Schreib uns was du suchst, und wir sagen dir ob du es bei uns findest!
