Es verfügt über ein komplettes en-suite Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Bidet und Dusche. Es gibt einen Einbauschrank im Schlafzimmer und einen Schreibtischbereich. Es gibt 2 Schiebetüren zur Terrasse, die für viel Licht sorgen. Beide Glasschiebetüren haben außenliegende Fensterläden und Doppelscheibenglas für zusätzliche Sonneneinstrahlung. Der Badezimmerboden ist aus Keramik und der Schlafzimmerboden aus Laminat.
Es gibt ein Doppelbett mit einem Nachttisch. Bettwäsche, Kissen und Handtücher werden gestellt.

Double bedroom in Prime Palma's old town address. The bedroom is located on the far end of the apartment, therefore it has privacy and direct access to a large 50m2 south facing terrace. It has a full en-suite bathroom with bathtub, bidet, and shower. There is a built-in closet inside the bedroom and a desk area. There are 2 sliding doors to the terrace providing plenty of light. Both sliding glass doors have exterior shutters and double pane glass for additional insulation. The bathroom floor is ceramic and the bedroom floor is laminate wood.
There is a double bed with a night table. Linens, pillows and towels are provided.
Die Lage ist die beste in der Altstadt. Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer ruhigen Fußgängerzone. 3 Gehminuten zum Paseo del Born, wo man einige der exklusivsten Geschäfte wie Louis Vuitton, Phillipe Plein, Zara, H&M und viele andere findet. The location is the best in the Old town. The building is on a quiet pedestrian street. 3 minute walk to Paseo del Born where one finds some of the most exclusive shops such as Louis Vuitton, Phillipe Plein, Zara, H&M among many others. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 3-4minute walk. Banks, supermarkets are also near by. 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Plaza Espana, where all public transportation in Mallorca departs and arrives from, and Mercat Olivar- the largest fresh vegetable, fish and meat market in Palma city- are only a 5 minute walk away. It is a safe area to walk at anytime of the day, not to mention a beautiful location lined with fabulous historic buildings, courtyards and plazas.

Unsere Schlafzimmer befinden sich am anderen Ende der Wohnung, getrennt durch Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche vom Schlafzimmer des Mieters, so dass wir alle Privatsphäre haben.
Wir sind eine beschäftigte Familie, ich arbeite 10-12 Stunden pro Tag. Deshalb verlassen wir normalerweise morgens das Haus und kommen nachts wieder. Wir essen gesund und kochen manchmal. Wir sprechen zu Hause Englisch. Meine 11-jährige Tochter lebt 2 Wochen im Monat bei mir.

The flat is large, it offers 167m2, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a large living room and dining area, a separate large kitchen and an entry foyer. The apartment is south facing so we have plenty of light. Our bedrooms are at the opposite end of the apartment, separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen from the tenant's bedroom, that way we all have privacy.
We are a busy family, I work 10-12 hours per day. Therefore, we usually leave home in the morning and come back at night. We eat healthy and cook sometimes. We speak English at home. My 11 year old daughter lives with me 2 weeks per month.
You are welcome to use the kitchen for breakfast and light meal preparation.
