Very cosy room with doublebed (160cm width), built-in cupboard, bed linnen, reading lamps and 2 bedside tables.
The window overlooks the patio and the room is very quiet. The flat has two bathrooms one of them with shower to share and the other one with WC and sink for private use of the tenant.
The whole apartment is very bright and spacious with a big living and dining area with big terrace windows overlooking the roofs of Palmas old town. I decorated the whole apartment with my own furniture and with big passion of style and like to live comfortable surrounded by easy people.
From the living room you have a access to a long balcony overlooking the city till Belver, the cathedral and the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer and all kitchen utensil for cooking, there is also an balcony on the backside of the apartment accessible from the kitchen with washing machine.
The whole flat consits of two rooms and myself is permant living there as well. I'm looking for a responsible and clean person. I'm an easy going person and like to socialize a lot.
The apartment is located in Sant Miquel the main shopping mile of the city center of Palma. Even in the center it is located in an not bussy area and quiet.
All main shops and the Plaza Mayor are in 1-5min walking distance. The central bus and train terminal Plaza España is just arround the corner (less than 1 min.) where also the airport bus leaves.
Walking distance to the cathedral is 8 min and you reach the city beach in max. 15 min by foot.
