Die helle Wohnung hat 100 qm, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, große Wohnküche mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge, großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und etwas Blick aufs Meer. Mitbenutzung von Küche und Waschmaschine.
Port Andratx mit seinem Fischer- und Yachthafen lädt mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und schönen Geschäften zum bummeln und chillen ein. Bushaltestelle, Taxistand und Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe und Busse fahren in 1/2stündigem Abstand nach Palma. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Altstadt von Port Andratx.
Ich lebe in der Wohnung alleine, bin eine lebensbejahende Mitsechzigerin, aber keine Oma. Bin zeitweise berufstätig und suche eine nette unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin, die berufstätig ist. Ein schönes Miteinander aber auch Raum für sich wird bevorzugt. Da zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind, kann von der Mitbewohnerin eines davon je nach Wunsch und Bedürfnisse ausgesucht werden. Da bin ich ganz flexibel.
