Zimmer von ca 15 m2 mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Fernseher, Nachttischen und eigenem Bad, welches direkt gegenüber vom Zimmer liegt und Balkon. Es gibt einen großen offenen Raum zum leben mit offener Küche sowie einem kleinen, abgetrennten Wohnzimmer. W-Lan gibt es im Zimmer. Über den Fernseher kann Netflix, Amazon etc geschaut werden. Ansonsten gibt es über Kabel spanisches TV.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstrasse gelegen am oberen Ende der Ramblas. Zum zentralen Plaza Major und Plaza Espana sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Fast alle Buslinien Palmas sind innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso ein großer Mercadona Supermarkt. Die Parksituation ist etwas kompliziert. Es gibt eine Garage zur Wohnung. Der Stellplatz muss aber separat mit angemietet werden und ist im Mietpreis nicht enthalten.
Gerne auch mal ein Gläschen Wein oder Bier am Abend. Finde es aber genauso toll wenn es selber weggebracht wird und das was man dreckig macht, auch wieder gereinigt wird. ;-) ansosnten alles ganz unkompliziert bitte.
Weitere Mitbewohner in der Wohnung sind ein Rhodesian Ridgeback und ein kleiner mallorquinischer Hunde-Mischling, sowie ein Kater.
