Bonjour, I propose a nice furnished room (single) in typical parisian building and in a beautiful and clean flat (70m²).
My place is located in the 10th district of Paris, a young and trendy neighbourhood in the city center. From here you can discover Paris by foot or bicycle, as we are close to Canal St. Martin, République, Les Halles, Marais, Galerie Lafayette, Opéra and Montmartre. Transport facilities are excellent and 5 Métrostations just around the corner: Poissonière, Bonne Nouvelle, Château d'Eau, Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord.
The roomrate is 800€ per month and includs all bills (electricity, gaz, water, wifi-internet...) as well as bedlinen, towels, bathrobe, laundry, use of bathroom and full furnished kitchen.
The room is a good starting-base for a person who comes to Paris for a few month and wants to be in contact with the locals. It suits to a student, an intern or to somebody who is into an exchange program.
I am in my 50th, my workfield is management and quality-control of social institutions, but I am also interested in the cultural life Paris is offering. I have traveled quite a bit, lived in different countries and speak several languages. That's why I like to host from time to time people at my home, while they discover Paris and the french way of life. On this base, I would like to welcome an educated, respectful and openminded person. Someone who appreciates communication and cultural exchange, as well as privacy, independence and the fact to share a part of our daily life with conviviality around a meal or a glass of wine.
The room will be available from August 1st. 2024 and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
