Gemütliches Zimmer in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer wird vollständig möbliert vermietet (Bett, Schreibtisch, angebautes Regal und Weiteres). Durch östliche Ausrichtung gerade Vormittags und beim Aufstehen Sonnenlicht durchflutet und sorgt somit gerade am Wochenende für entspanntes Erwachen.
Das Zimmer ist außerdem auch groß genug um dort eine Yoga-Matte oder Ähnliches auszurollen :)
Cosy room in the city centre of Passau. It is fully equipped (Bed, Desk, Shelves …). Because the big window is located to the east you’ll have the morning sun in your room, perfect for a gentle waking up on the weekends. The room is also big enough to unroll a Yoga mat or do sports :)
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen Passau. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man direkt in der Altstadt und auch der Dom und das Theater sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Uni ist mit Fahrrad auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Bei schönem Wetter ist man auch sofort am Inn oder der Donau, perfekt um dort den Abend gemeinsam mit einem Drink ausklingen zu lassen :)
The flat is located in the middle of the heart of Passau. You’ll be right in the city center in just a couple of minutes and the Dom or the theatre are located within 10 minutes by foot.
The University can be reached by bike within 10 Minutes and the next bus stop is only 3 minutes away. On sunny days the Inn and the Dona are right in front of the door, perfect to have a nice drink and spend the evening together :)
Die WG setzt sich zusammen aus Svenja, Franzi, (Maja, die ein Auslandssemester einlegt) und Marius.
Wir studieren Lehramt, Kulturwirtschaft, Jura und befinden uns in den Semestern 2 - 8 - 4.
Wir sind also alle schon eine Weile in Passau und wohnen seitdem auch zusammen.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich recht unkompliziert, gelegentlich wird gemeinsam gegessen oder gekocht und auch für einen entspannten Abend zusammen mit einem Glässchen Wein oder Moscow Mule sind wir immer zu haben (das ein oder andere Mal gemeinsam Trinken und Feiern gehen ergibt sich ebenfalls, je nachdem was Passau so hergibt :))
Über die Winterzeit besteht auch immer die Möglichkeit eines Spiele- oder Leseabends oder gemeinsamer sportlicher Betätigung aller Art :)
We are Svenja, Frankie, (Maja who will be spending the semester abroad) and Marius.
We study Law, KuWi and teacher training and are in our second, eighth and fourth semesters.
The WG-life is quite uncomplicated, sometimes we cook or eat together and we are always up for a relaxed evening together drinking a glass of wine or Moscow Mule and chatting (going out from time to time is also no problem, depending what’s going on in Passau :))
During the winter there is always the possibility of game or reading evenings/nights or doing sports together :)
