Hallo zusammen,
wir (Max und Max) suchen ab dem 01.10.2018 einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG in der Nähe vom Passauer Hbf. Wir stammen beide ursprünglich aus Berlin und studieren seit Kurzem im Master an der Uni Passau.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14qm groß und bietet Platz für alle Möbelstücke, die du benötigst. Küche und Bad sind recht geräumig und verfügen über Spül- und Waschmaschine. In den 380 € sind soweit alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Internet, Strom, Wasser), sodass keine weiteren Kosten mehr anfallen sollten.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal bis zum 15.4.2019 befristet, da es noch nicht absehbar ist, ob wir danach noch weiter in Passau bleiben werden. Es besteht aber durchaus die Chance, dass der Vertrag im Anschluss noch verlängert werden kann.

Hi,
me and Max are searching for a new flat mate for our nice apartment close to the university (10 min by foot). We are both from Berlin and are currently stuck in our masters at the University of Passau.
Your future room is approximitely 14sq big and offers enough space. We have a spacious kitchen, including a pantry, which is well equipped (dish washer!) and a small but tidy bathroom where we operate our washing machine. The rental fee is 380 € total, which includes internet, power and water.
The duration of the rental agreement is terminated until the 04/01/2019. Nevertheless, there might be a chance of an extension.
Die Uni ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gleichzeitig bist du in etwa 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof sowie am zentralen Busbahnhof. Vor der Tür befindet sich ein EDEKA sowie mehrere orientalische Supermärkte.
Da wir im Master studieren, sind wir grundsätzlich recht viel an der Uni eingebunden und gehen daneben noch einer ganzen Reihe anderer Projekte nach. Dementsprechend versuchen wir während der Woche nicht allzu häufig auf den Putz zu hauen. Am Wochenende sieht das allerdings anders aus. Grundsätzlich verbringen wir viel Zeit miteinander und sind dementsprechend an einem guten Klima innerhalb der WG interessiert.
