Schon einmal in einem Haus mit eigenem Wikipedia-Eintrag gewohnt? Nein? Dann ist dieses Zimmer vielleicht genau dein Ding! Aufgrund privater Veränderungen verlasse ich Passau und diese unglaublich liebe WG.
Das freiwerdende WG-Zimmer ist 20 m² groß und besitzt 2 große Flügelfenster mit Fensterläden sowie eine Balkontür. Durch die vielen Fenster und die Ost-Süd-Ausrichtung kommt auch im Winter richtig viel Licht in das Zimmer. Trotzdem wird es dank der dicken Mauern auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ist bereits möbliert.
Auch der Rest der WG ist groß. Nach der Eingangstüre betrittst du den geräumigen Flur mit Garderobe, von wo aus jedes Zimmer erreichbar ist. Gleich rechts befindet sich das Tageslicht-Bad mit Waschmaschine und Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche sowie eine abgetrennte Toilette. Die Küche verfügt über eine normalgroße Ceran-Platte mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank (sowie zweiten Kühlschrank bei Bedarf für Partys etc.) und abgetrennter Speisekammer mit Recyclingstation. Im Kühlschrank und der Speisekammer verfügt jede*r über sein eigenes Fach. Über die Küche aber auch über dein zukünftiges Zimmer erreichst du den großen Balkon mit Blumenkästen für Pflanzen, Kräuter, Tomaten etc., Esstisch mit Gartenstühlen und einer Palettencouch fürs gemütliche Arbeiten/Studieren draußen. Es ist möglich Fahrräder mit Fahrradschloss o.Ä. im Keller zu lagern.

Have you ever lived in a house with its own Wikipedia entry? No? Then this room is your chance to do so! Due to personal changes, I am leaving Passau and this incredibly lovely shared flat.
The vacant room is 20 m² in size and has two large windows with shutters and a balcony door. Thanks to the many windows and the east-south orientation, the room gets a lot of light even in winter. Nevertheless, it doesn't get too hot in summer thanks to the thick walls. The room is very spacious and is already furnished.
The rest of the shared flat is also large. After the front door, you enter the hallway with checkroom, from where every room can be reached. To the right is the bathroom with washing machine and bathtub with integrated shower, as well as the separated toilet. The kitchen is equiped with a full-size ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge (as well as a second fridge if required for parties etc.) and a separate pantry with a recycling station. Everyone has their own compartment in the fridge and pantry. You can access the large balcony with flower boxes for plants, herbs, tomatoes etc., a dining table with garden chairs and a pallet couch for working/studying outside via the kitchen or your future room. It is possible to store bicycles with a bicycle lock or similar in the cellar.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt nahe der Buslinie 1/2 bei der AOK (nur 1 Minute entfernt) und man ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten unten am ZOB. Wenn du lieber läufst, sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 min. zum ZOB. In der Uni bist du zu Fuß noch schneller (ca. 10 min). In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bäcker und zum DEZ, mit Edeka, Biomarkt, Rossmann, Apotheke und mehr, gelangt man innerhalb von ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Durch die Ausrichtung deines Zimmers ist es trotzdem angenehm ruhig dort.

The apartment itself is near the bus line 1/2 at the AOK (only 1 minute away) and you can be down at the ZOB within a few minutes. If you prefer to walk, it's about 15 minutes to the ZOB. You can reach the university even faster on foot (approx. 10 minutes). Near the apartment you can find a bakery and the DEZ, with Edeka, organic market, Rossmann, pharmacy and more, is just a few minutes' walk away. Due to the orientation of your room, it is still pleasantly quiet there.

Momentan wohnen hier Michael (30, Master Kulturwirtschaft), Willy (24, Bachelor Kulturwirtschaft) und Maher (24, angehender Arzt). Alle drei sind super aufgeschlossen und lernen gerne neue Leute kennen. Allgemein ist das WG-Leben hier sehr entspannt. Hin und wieder wird gemeinsam gekocht oder es werden kleinere Aktivitäten gemeinsam unternommen. Dabei kommt es nicht selten vor, dass sich eher zufällig alle in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon treffen und es zu einem längeren Ratsch zu Banalem und mitunter Philosphischem kommt. Dennoch hat man immer die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen und Zeit für sich zu genießen.
Da in dem Haus neben dieser WG noch zwei andere WG's beheimatet sind, gibt es auch hier immer die Möglichkeit sich mit den anderen Hausbewohnenden auf ein Getränk zusammenzusetzen. Insgesamt ist es also ein sehr harmonisches Miteinander.

Michael (30, Master's in International Culture and Business Studies), Willy (24, Bachelor's in International Culture and Business Studies) and Maher (24, prospective doctor) currently live here. All three are super open-minded and enjoy meeting new people. In general, life in the shared flat is very relaxed here. Every now and then we cook together or do small activities together. It's not uncommon for everyone to meet up in the kitchen or on the balcony by chance and have a long chat about trivial and sometimes philosophical matters. Nevertheless, you always have the opportunity to withdraw and enjoy some time to yourself.
As there are two other shared flats in the building next to this one, there is always the opportunity to sit down for a drink with the other residents. All in all, it's a very harmonious atmosphere.
