The apartment offers easy access to the university, bus lines, and a supermarket. It's a 25-minute walk to the FIM faculty, but of course, you don't have to walk all the time. You can also take one of the two nearby bus lines that go to ZOB. Additionally, a PENNY discount supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away.
This apartment is shared by three flatmates. One is an amazing student from Egypt pursuing a Master's in Computer Science and another is from Korea undergoing his Ausbildung. The Korean flatmate might occasionally be a bit annoying, depending on your personality, but he is often out working. Moreover, he is moving out in July anyway.
The landlord is friendly, supportive, and fluent in English, qualities that can be hard to find.
The entire apartment including the bathroom was newly renovated in 2020. A fitted kitchen is available. In addition, a large basement and attic can also be used for a lot of additional storage space.
