In unserer großen und gemütlichen 3er WG wird mein Zimmer frei. Das helle und gut geschnittene Zimmer mit bodentiefem Fenster und Laminatboden lädt zum Entspannen und Lernen ein. Einige der Möbel verbleiben gegen eine kleine Ablöse zur Übernahme im Zimmer.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine. In der großen Küche mit Eckbank kann man super zusammen kochen und gemeinsame Abende verbringen. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein großes Kellerabteil und ein Fahrradkeller, zu welchen man bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl gelangt. Außerdem hat die Wohnung einen sonnigen Balkon mit Kräuterbeet und Hollywoodschaukel und ein großer Gemeinschaftsgarten kann mitbenutzt werden.
My beautiful, bright and spacious room comes partly furnished. The apartment really is cozy. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a tub and a washing machine. Furthermore, a balcony, a bike storage room and a basement compartment comes with the apartment.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig in einer Seitenstraße der Spitalhofstraße gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle erreichst du zu Fuß in 3 Minuten, den nächsten Supermarkt in 10 und den ZOB ebenso.
The apartment is located in a quiet street but in close proximity of the city centre and the university. The next supermarket is no further than 10 minutes away and the closest bus station is a convenient 3 min foot walk away.
Bezüglich einer Besichtigung meldet euch bitte per Nachricht (nicht per Anruf) bei mir und wir machen einen Termin aus. Es wäre super, wenn du dich vorab schon kurz in der Nachricht vorstellst.
