17 Quadratmeter großes bequemes Zimmer:
Großes Bett , Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl, ein großes Sofa , Schrank plus kleiner Tisch.
Tagsüber kommt viel Licht ins Zimmer durch die Großen Fenster ( mit Lichtfesten Jalousien falls man kein Licht haben will).
Es gibt mehr Privatsphäre dadurch dass das Zimmer sich im EG befindet und man sich diesen nur mit einen weiteren Mitbewohner teilt.
Für die Möbel im Zimmer würde ich insgesamt 250 Euro verlangen ( alles bereits erwähnten wäre im Preis dabei).
17 qm2 cozy room has all you need: big bed , a desk with chair, big couch , wardrobe and a small table.
During the day the room gets a lot of light through the big windows.
As it is located in the ground floor, also you will have more privacy, as there is only one of our flatmates next to you.
All the furniture is in perfect condition and I would like to receive for that 250 euros.
Die Lage ist ganz zentral. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Lambergstraße) kannst du in 2 Minuten su Fuß erreichen.
Zum ZOB und zum Rewe brauchst du 10 Minuten. Das nächste Laden, wo einkaufen kannst, ist Edeka, das nur 500m ist,. Penny ist auch besonders weit, 15 min zu Fuß und du bist da. Mit dem Bus kannst du Kaufland oder Real erreichen.
The location is pretty central. The closest bus stop is only 2 minutes by walk.
For Zob and Rewe you need 10 minutes.
The nearest shop is Edeka, that is only 500m far. Penny is also very close, 15 min by walk. With the bus you can get to Kaufland or Real.
Das Apartment wird mit fünf weiteren Mitbewohnern geteil. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 4 Zimmer, Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, Gemeinschaftraum, Badezimmer und eine große Dachterrasse ( wo wir normalerweise Zeitverbringen oder Grillen / gefeiert werden kann).
Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich zwei Zimmer (eins davon wäre dein Zimmer) und ein weiteres Badezimmer.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr relaxed und jeder hat sein Raum/ Privatsphäre. Aber wenn man nicht am lernen ist verbringt man schon Zeit miteinander drinnen sowie draußen :)
You will share the apartment with other 5 people. In the first floor you can find 4 rooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, bathroom and a big terrace (where we usually like to spend time together). In the ground floor there are other 2 rooms , including yours and another bathroom.
Living together in the flat is very relaxed, everyone has their own space, but when we are not studying or busy, we usually spend time together, either at home or outside :)
