Big Flat in a good neighborhood - Großes WG Zimmer in gute Lage

Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG einer Doppelhaushälfte.

Das Zimmer ist 32qm (26qm Zimmer, 12qm, Balkon) groß.
Es gibt einige Möbelstücke, die du idealerweise übernimmst (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch,...).
Neben den einzelnen Zimmern gibt es einige Gemeinschaftsräume, die wir gemeinsam nutzen: Küche, Wohnzimmer, Partykeller, Abstellräume, Bad und Klo.

Die WG-Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie verfügt über eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Badewanne und extra Dusche, einen kleinen Garten, Fahrradschuppen, drei Balkone und einen großen Partykeller.
Dein Zimmer hat selbst einen Balkonzugang.

Unser WG-Haus befindet sich in Haidenhof-Nord in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Spitalhofstr. Die Nachbarhäuser sind ebenfalls Doppelhäuser, in denen WG's wohnen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Von dort fahren alle 30 Minuten Busse ins Stadtzentrum. Zur Uni fährt man mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Wenn man die Straße etwas weiterläuft (10 min), gibt es noch einen Penny und einen REWE.

Das WG-Leben war und ist bisher immer sehr freundschaftlich und entspricht keiner Zweck-WG, was wir am liebsten auch so beibehalten wollen.

Da wir alle zusammen in einem Haus wohnen, entsteht eine gemütliche, teils familiäre WG Stimmung. Wir unternehmen oft etwas zusammen (kochen, Grillen im Garten, Film schauen, gemeinsam etwas Trinken gehen,...) und in den Gemeinschaftsräumen entstehen häufig ausufernde Gespräche über Gott und die Welt :)
Jedes Zimmer befindet sich auf einer eigenen Etage. Man kann sich also auch ganz gut zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben, wenn man möchte. Ansonsten feiern wir einmal im Semester eine WG Party, wofür wir wirklich ausreichend Platz haben ;)

Momentan wohnen in der WG: Annemieke (aka Micky), Niloufar, David und Greta.
Am liebsten wäre es uns, wenn du für eine Besichtigung persönlich vorbeikommen könntest. Notfalls geht es aber per Video.
Und Zu uns:
Micky (26) studiert Grundschullehramt in den letzten Zügen, Niloufar (30) hat im Sommer ihre Masterarbeit abgegeben und arbeitet nun Vollzeit bei MSG, David (20) fängt im Wintersemester an Jura zu studieren und Greta (21) studiert im 3. Semester Medien und Kommunikation.
Wir suchen nach jemandem, der offen und tolerant ist und falls das auf dich zutrifft, dann melde dich gerne bei uns!

ENGLISH VERSION:

The room is located on the 1st (half) floor of a semi-detached house.

The room is 32sqm (26sqm room, 12sqm, balcony).
There are some pieces of furniture which you can/should ideally buy (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc.).
Besides the individual rooms, there are some common rooms that we share: Kitchen, living room, party cellar, storage rooms, bathroom, and toilets.

The WG has a washing machine and dishwasher, bathtub, and extra shower, a small garden, bicycle storage room, three balconies, and a large party cellar.
Your room itself has balcony access (as mentioned)

Our WG house is located in Haidenhof-Nord in a quiet side street of Spitalhofstr. The neighboring houses are also flatshare duplexes. The nearest bus stop is 3 minutes away. From there, buses leave every 30 minutes to the city center. It takes 5 minutes by bike to get to the university. On foot, it takes about 15 minutes. If you walk a little further down the street (10 min), there is a Penny and a REWE (Supermarkets).

The WG life was and is so far always very friendly and does not correspond to a purpose-WG, which we want to keep that way.

Since we all live together in one house, there is a cozy, partly familiar WG atmosphere. We often do things together (cooking, barbecuing in the garden, watching a movie, going out for a drink together,...) and in the common rooms, we often have extensive conversations about God and the world :)
Each room is on its floor (5 half-floors). So you can also have your quiet place and have your peace if you want. Otherwise, we celebrate a WG party once a semester, for which we have enough space ;)

Currently living in the WG: Annemieke (aka Micky), Niloufar (The one moving out), David, and Greta and Marie.
We would prefer it if you could come by in person for a viewing. But if need be, we can do it via video call.
And to us:
Micky (26) is in the final stages of studying to be an elementary school teacher, Niloufar (30) handed in her master's thesis this summer and is now working full-time at MSG and is moving out, David (20) is starting law school in the winter semester, and Greta (21) is in her 3rd semester studying media and communications and Marie is also studying to be an elementary school teacher.
