Schönes, helles WG Zimmer mit großem Erker!
Das Zimmer ist groß und dank des Erkers richtig hell. Es eignet sich super um mit Freunden zu chillen oder Spieleabende. Ich habe mich hier 1 Jahr sehr wohl gefühlt, mache aber nun für ein halbes Jahr ein Auslandssemester und suche eine/-n Untermieter/-in.
Die Wohnung ist vor ca. 3 Jahren neu renoviert worden. Die moderne Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, einen großen Kühlschrank und ein großes Regal. Das Bad sowie das Klo sind auch super modern.
Es wird möbiliert übergeben, aber dabei sind keine Kosten miteinbegriffen, da ich ja wieder zurück komme :)
Was ein gewisses Highlight an unserem Haus ist, dass wir ein Dach haben auf das man jederzeit hochgehen kann (bei schlechtem Wetter aber weniger zu empfehlen)

Beautiful, bright room in a shared flat with a large bay window!
The room is large and bright thanks to the bay window. It's great for chilling out with friends or for game nights. I felt very comfortable here for 1 year, but I'm doing a semester abroad for half a year and looking for a subtenant.
The apartment was renovated about 3 years ago. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, a large refrigerator and a large shelf. The bathroom and the toilet are also super modern.
It will be handed over furnished, but no costs are included since I'll be back :)
What is a particular highlight of our house is that we have a roof that you can climb up at any time (but less recommended in bad weather)
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen! Sie ist eigentlich direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof.
In unmittelbarer Nähe liegen zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Die zentrale Haupteinkaufsstraße und die Stadtgalerie (Einkaufszentrum) liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Der ZOB und die Universität von Passau sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der Netto sowie Go Asia sind auch nur 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt, ebenfalls zahlreiche Restaurants :)

The apartment is super centrally located! It's right across from the train station.
Nearby are numerous shops and shopping facilities. The central main shopping street and the Stadtgalerie (shopping mall) are just around the corner.
The ZOB and the University of Passau can also be reached by foot in a few minutes.
The Netto and Go Asia are also only 5 minutes away from the apartment, as well as numerous restaurants :)
Mit dir werden Jeremias (2. Semester Jura), Katharina (1. Jahr Ausbildung an der BAP) und Steffi (4. Semester KuWi) wohnen, die sehr aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert sind. In unserer WG herrschte immer eine angenehme Atmosphäre, aber auch wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, kann man sich natürlich aber auch immer zurückziehen.
Allgemein haben wir auch ein gutes Verhältnis zu unseren Nachbarn oben und unten :)

Jeremias (2nd-semester law), Katharina (1st year at the BAP) and Steffi (4th-semester KuWi) will live with you, who are very open-minded and uncomplicated. There was always a pleasant atmosphere in our flatshare, but even if you need some peace and quiet, you can of course always withdraw.
In general, we also have a good relationship with our neighbours upstairs and downstairs :)
