Hallo :) ich ziehe aus meiner Wg aus, weil ich ins Ausland gehe und jetzte suche ich eine*n Nachmieter*in.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Meine Möbel habe ich selbst abgelöst und würde sie auch gerne dem oder der Nächsten überlassen :) Darüber können wir aber gerne nochmal persönlich reden. Auch über das Einzugsdatum können wir nochmal reden, sollte es nicht passen😊
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, das Gebäude hat aber einen Aufzug. Zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Bushaltestelle. Zum Nikolakloster, Zob und Bahnhof sind es auch nur ungefähr 8 Minuten.
In der Wg bleiben noch Alex und Matteo. Alex kommt aus Mexico und Matteo aus Italien 😊Das heißt eventuell kannst du bei der Suche des/der vierten Mitbewohner*in dabei sein!
Schreib gerne hier auf wg gesucht und dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen um zu sehen, ob es passt :)
