Ich suche einen Untermieter für 01.09. bis 31. März oder einen Nachmieter für mein wunderschönes WG Zimmer. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und ist besonders im Sommer angenehm kühl.
Es bietet ein eigenes Waschbecken mit Spiegel, ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, eine weitere Sitzmöglichkeit zum Abschalten, einen Kleiderständer, sowie eine große Kommode um Kleidung zu verstauen.
Zudem ist der Raum sehr gut ausgeleuchtet.
Das Klo und die Dusche teilt man sich mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern, diese befinden sich im gleichen Stockwerk wie das Zimmer.
Die Küche ist im 1. Stock, diese wird durch die Mitbewohner im ersten Stock und dem Erdgeschoss genutzt.
Außerdem gibt es einen Garten mit einer Feuerstelle und einem Grill.
Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit sein Fahrrad abzustellen und einen Waschkeller.
I am looking for a subtenant for 01.09. to 31. 03. or a new tenant for my beautiful WG room. The room is located on the ground floor of the house and is pleasantly cool, especially in summer.
It has its own washbasin with mirror, a large bed, a desk with chair, another seating area to switch off, a clothes rack, and a large chest of drawers to store clothes.
The room is also very well lit.
The toilet and shower are shared with two other flatmates on the same floor as the room.
The kitchen is on the first floor, shared by the flatmates on the first floor and the ground floor.
There is also a garden with a fireplace and barbecue.
In the basement there is the possibility to park your bike and a laundry room.
There is a nearby bus stop (Apfelkoch 8/9), which can be reached quickly by foot.
Es gibt eine nahegelegende Bushaltestelle (Apfelkoch 8/9), die man schnell zu Fuß erreicht.
Somit ist die Uni und der ZOB in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Wenn der Bus auch mal nicht zu rechten Zeit fährt, beträgt der Fußweg zur Uni 5 min und zum ZOB ca. 20min.
Zudem ist die Lage super geeignet für einen Spaziergang am Inn entlang oder sogar fürs Joggen oder Radfahren.
Des Weiteren bietet der nahegelegende Bäcker eine Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken.
Durch den direkt anliegenden Wald befindet sich die Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage

The flat is in a very quiet location due to the directly adjacent forest.
Da ich nächstes Semester mein Auslandssemester absolvieren werde suche ich eine(n) Zwischenmieter(in) für mein schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, der/die am WG-Leben teilnehmen möchte.
Die gesamte WG verteilt sich auf ein sehr großes Haus mit 3. Stockwerken und bietet ein Leben mit Bewohnern, die alle sehr gut miteinander befreundet sind.
Daher steht das Leben miteinander an erster Stelle und es stellt keine Mittel zum Zweck WG dar.
Alle Mitbewohner unternehmen deswegen des öfteren etwas, wie zum Beispiel kochen, Sport machen und die allgemeine Freizeitgestaltung.
Außerdem feiern wir hin und wieder Partys mit der gesamten WG.
Die anderen Mitbewohner studieren MuK, StaWi, Kuwi & Jura.
As I will be spending my semester abroad next semester, I am looking for an interim tenant for my nicely furnished room who would like to take part in the flat-sharing life.
The entire shared flat is spread over a very large house with 3 floors and offers a life with residents who are all very good friends with each other.
Therefore, living together comes first and it is not a means to an end flat share.
Therefore, all flatmates often do something together, such as cooking, sports and general leisure activities.
We also have parties with the whole flat-sharing community from time to time.
The other flatmates study MuK, StaWi, Kuwi & Law.
