Da meine Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Studium fertig wird, suche ich eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für ein schönes (teilmöbliertes) Zimmer in der Innstadt.
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Blick auf den Inn. Außerdem gibt es ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Des weiteren haben wir eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und natürlich gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine.
Alles ist von der Wohnung problemlos und schnell zu erreichen. :) Zur Uni sind es 5min Gehweg bzw mit dem Fahrrad 2min, und auch am Residenzplatz (Altstadt) ist man schnell.
In der schönen Lederergasse wohnen vor allem Studenten, und man hat es nicht weit zu den Bars in der Innstadt. Im gesamten Haus wohnen nur Studenten, was ich auch als großen Vorteil empfinde.
Für die Möbel die in der Wohnung bleiben sowie die Küche und die Waschmaschine wäre eine Ablösesumme zu zahlen - diese würden wir aber dann noch besprechen, wenn es so weit ist. :)
