International student looking for accommodation starting from 1st october

My name is Pranav Maheshwari and I am an international student from India. I will be studying at University of Passau starting in october 2023. I am writing to express my interest in the room you have available for rent.

I can be available to see the property in Passau and finalise it by 27th Sept 2023

I am a responsible and reliable person. I have always paid my rent on time and I take good care of the property I rent. I am also a quiet and respectful tenant. I am not a smoker or a party animal.

I am looking for a room that is close to campus and has access to public transportation. I am also willing to spend time and do household work with another student/people living in the house.

I am comfortable in speaking English all the time and keen to learn German language as well to adapt the culture and living of Passau, Germany.

I would like to cook any day and treat well with the fellow neighbours and friends. I really like cleanliness and would always be ready for any household work.
