Exchange Student looking for a place to stay for three months

I am a 26 year old Business Management student who will be spending April, May, and June 2017 at the University of Passau as an international exchange student. I am looking for a place to stay during my time at Passau. I am a laidback person who likes spending quiet evenings in the house just as much as I like going on treks, playing sports, traveling, cooking, and trying new kinds of food. :)

I am looking for a place that is easily accessible and not too far from the University of Passau. Furnished or unfurnished rooms are both ok for me. I will be travelling a lot during my stay, and would like a cozy place that I can settle down after a long day at the university.
